Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sub, no bacon on it. Ordered a chocolate cookie and a brownie, received 2 cookies, one with a brownie sticker on it. Brownies are more expensive btw! Called the store and of course the voicemail was full. I do not understand why it is so hard to get an order right. Not sure if I’ll order from here again.

I had made an order worth $70 dollars that I had to cancel, which they did. This review is poor because I cancelled the order and as of this review it has been 5 days and I still have not even been able to get a refund going. The manager said to contact customer service and customer serviced says it’s the stores job. I have reached out many times to have this issue resolved and no one is reaching back out. Both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. They were helpful, efficient, and brought great energy to the store. You can tell they care about the quality of service and the customers they serve. Because of them, this location really stands out. Much appreciated—keep up the great work!

Missing order

On November 24th, my wife walked into Firehouse Subs to pick up an order she had placed on the Firehouse website. Our food was not there. We found out that DoorDash had picked it up and delivered it to their customer. We found this out because the customer had called us, rather than rectifying the situation. The manager at Firehouse refused to remake our food or issue a refund. He told her there was nothing he could do and that she should request a refund online. This compounded the incident with poor customer service.

We immediately notified Firehouse Subs about the issue. Jessica was quick to respond. However, she also said there was nothing that she could do as the store’s POS system processed our payment. We therefore would have to get the refund from the store. Jessica added that she would forward the information to the store’s ownership and management.

It’s been months, with no communication from the store. They took our money and did not provide us with food. That is theft. And to add insult to injury, their customer service was horrendous. We had already taken the matter up with management on site at the time, and do not wish to waste any more of our time.

Sixty dollars is not much to us. But to others, it may be a lot. The reason why I am writing this review is the principle of this matter. What they did is wrong. According to feedingamerica.org, 20% of Americans are living with food insecurity.

I said that $60 is not significant to me. However, for the 1 in 5 that it is, I am leaving this review.

I am very sorry to hear that you have not yet been contacted by the store leadership for a resolution. I can understand you wanting a swift resolution, and this is not the experience we want for our fans.
Unfortunately, I do not have a time frame for when they will contact you, but I have updated your case and it has been escalated to the restaurant management team. I have also requested that they follow up with you about this as quickly as possible.
I have also alerted the store manager, letting them know that you still have not heard from the store yet. The leadership will try to contact you through your cell number, so please look out for unknown number calls that you might receive.
For the quickest resolution, I recommend you contact the store directly as they have the tools to resolve these issues.
Once again, I am wholeheartedly sorry for the inconvenience caused and the Firehouse Subs family hope to serve you better soon.

I went in the other day for a sandwich, the bacon ranch to be specific. I’m a regular there i usually come in more in the evening the those people are amazing I usually get a couple of young women Cheyenne and I think the other gals name is Mady, and I believe the young man’s name is Brandon or Brennen something like that well they’re all super nice and helpful and get my order perfect everytime. This is why I hate giving a bad review to this place. The other day I came in closer to the afternoon and I get this older guy Manny I order as usual my normal and the whole time hes super rude to he talking under his breath I get i came in when it was super busy but I still felt like I deserved some kindness and he could have vented away from me. When I got my sandwich there was no bacon on it and hardly any cheese. I returned this sandwich because I was very disappointed and with the way this guy was acting i was not going to ask for another because I swear he would have spit on it and I didn’t want to deal with this man more i didn’t even bother with a refund. I just want to say to anyone going to this location please go more in the evening you’ll get great service and if you ever get a man who has his beard tattooed on his face just go somewhere else.

Went there to try and use the BOGO for national sandwich day and the manager refuses to honor the coupon.

The app would not work after I tried 3 different forms of payment, so I called the store to make sure they would honor the coupon before driving over there and they said they would.

Then my wife and I stood in line for 15 minutes to order and they refused to honor the coupon like they said they would. I even showed them on my phone the app not working and they still would not help me out.

Do not come here if you want good service.
