“They expressed how sorry they were about my order but did not say that they were going to honor a replacement”.
They put the correct receipt on the outside of the bag but when I got inside the bag it had a different receipt. I ordered a turkey sub not a ham sub. THIS SUB IS DISGUSTING. Doordash refused to give me back my money because they said I got food. Firehouse will not honor my request to make me a new sub. They told me it was up to door dash. I guess I’m out of like $23.

Came in for the french dip small sandwich deal for $8.. $1 upgrade for fry combo. Total was over $14, because the drink part of the combo is $4, not listed. Clearly trying to be deceptive. I changed the order to the sandwich only and type this as I wait. I won’t be back regardless of whether the sandwich is good.

I’ve got no clue what has happened to this location but it has plummeted downhill massively over the past few months. Five subs total, and I am not exaggerating to say that every sub we had was made incorrect in some fashion or just terribly made. Absolutely no modifications were done, whether that was paying extra for mushrooms we didn’t get or saying no onions, all was ignored and even the one that was ordered with no changes or modifications had no pickle and a different kind of cheese, with every single sub skimpy on meat and having the last three or so inches being just bread.
On top of that we had to go back for our fries that were left out when picking it up, and noticed we were charged around six bucks more for our order than it totaled up to. No explanation of why on the receipt, just a completely different total. So I reached out, was told someone from the store would contact me back, and no one did. I kept pestering and finally got an email from someone asking for my receipt and I sent that, aaaaand no response. A week goes by, I email back, no answer. It’s now been three weeks since I ordered and I’m still trying to get any sort of response and a refund for whatever mystical extra tip they added on for themselves and overcharged me for.
So in total we were overcharged, got four subs out of five incorrect, they tried to leave out our side of fries, and their customer service is non existent. Hard to think of any more aspects they could mess up here.

When I went to place my order I was offered a free fry but I end up having to pay for it. I was told that because I used the reward that I couldn’t get my free fries even though that was not stated anywhere. So no I am not happy at all. Yes I will have to find me another fire House Sub location.

Almost forgot to take a pic. Sub buns are soft and fresh as usual and the meat was steamed to just the right temp. Awesome and extremely polite staff always. HIGHly recommend to anyone to eat at this location.

Is it not extra steps to add the pickle that was requested “No Pickle”? The workers must not have kids who can TASTE the pickle juice that ever so slightly touched their bread. No pickle means no pickle, don’t just hide the pickle under the sandwich or under the wrapping, i can promise you pickle haters can taste it

I ordered a pair coming with small size sub and a cup of potato soup. The hook and ladder sub tasted amazing with great sweet mustard and fresh vegetables. The soup makes the combo nutritionally balanced. Firehouse is an amazing sandwich brand!
