I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a Firehouse Engineer sub on my lunch break and was down to my last bite when I found a long piece of hair not just on top but embedded inside my food. It was so disgusting that I immediately had to stop eating and ended up vomiting everything I had eaten.
My coworkers witnessed this and were just as disgusted and disappointed as I was. I called the store to let them know, hoping for an apology and some genuine concern, but instead, I was met with a dismissive response. The manager explained they “wear gloves and hair wraps, but things still happen” as if that made it okay. There was no real apology, no concern for my health or experience, just an offer for a replacement sandwich like it was no big deal. She didn’t even offer a refund or even a meal just a replacement, as if that would make up for the situation.
This wasn’t just a small mistake it completely ruined my lunch, my appetite, and honestly, my day. The response I received made me feel like they cared more about defending their employees than about making things right with a paying customer. Accidents happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. 10/10 do not recommend.
ALSO! The picture doesn’t do it justice! This was my last bite and the hair was thick and long. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!! Pls do better!

My daughter and I went in there today to grab carry out. My husband asked for a large French dip with bacon and when we got home no ajus for his French dip he also got another small sandwich which was fine. My daughter and I got the same exact thing 2 side salads with ranch the dressing cup was 1 oz it looked like one of my daughter’s mini verse foods and chicken dumpling soup the cup was no less than half full. It was extremely disappointing and way overpriced for what we got and I left a tip which I wish I wouldn’t of if I had seen what we got. Walked out the door spending and extremely disappointing $58 dollars for a large sandwich, small sandwich, 2 side salads and 3 soups. I took a picture of the size of my spoon and no exaggeration 4 bites is all it took and my soup was gone. I will never get food from there again.

I work around this place and it’s been almost 3 years since continuously ordering from this place for about once a week. I always mobile order and take out so rarely meet the workers but they usually greet me whenever I enter the place and that’s nice. Some people don’t but not a big deal. Today I felt like posting and wanted to say thank you for the best Cajun chicken sub! Don’t know who made it but was delicious:) Thank you!

We ordered takeout. When we reached our destination we found the order was not correct. Asked for no mayo and extra mustard oy to find it had mayo and normal amount of mustard. Ordered extra pickles but did not receive. Two of the four subs only had toppings on 3/4 of the bun. The subs were tasty just not prepared as ordered.

Spent just under 70$ for two sandwiches to be delivered. The sides of gravy weren’t included and it is the difference between me and my girlfriend enjoying the sandwiches and us not wanting to even eat them. The best they can do is tell us we can have two dollars store credit. I love it when 70$ sandwich’s are ruined by a stores incompetence and then they offer 2$ refund to make it right. I usually tip 20% when I go there in person. I will never tip again because the customer service is garbage.

Not a trustworthy company. We ordered three boxes for a work event yesterday and the subs had a great presentation. They looked like there was plenty of meat on them but when you opened them up to put sauce on them, most only had meat on less than half the sub. This was a ripoff and we will not be getting subs from them again.

Order was delivered incorrectly and the store was unwilling to make it right. I would never order delivery again because if it isn’t right they basically tell you too bad better luck next time. I regret all the times I have tipped the staff and I won’t be in the future

First time here and the sandwich was awesome. Lots of fresh veggies and lean meats. Definitely will be returning very soon. I got the large hook and ladder and it became two excellent lunches. The bread was perfect soft inner texture with just the right amount of crispness in the crust.

I was pleased at first, until I noticed a very suspicious blob of unknown origin. Like, 2 tablespoons of clearish, jellyish texture. I’d eaten half the sub and now I want to vomit. Where (are who) did that come from?!
