I came in yesterday the 17th of August and the black lady around 4 or 5 pm was awesome she made me feel at home and gave me extra condiments she had such an awesome vive attitude and seemed like she genuinely cared for her customers. She even brought my stuff to my table and even offered me water while i waited. Firehouse you guys are lucky to have her working here she is awesome sorry i forgot her name also the food was good as well.

Last week I went here with my friend as a fun new try. Miss Kathy was a very good help with information and very polite, however when it came to the subs themselves they were very sloppy, and I found several hairs in mine from what I assumed was the young man’s black beard who worked there with no hairnet on.

Used to be great but the last 6 months or so the subs at this location are sloppily thrown together with very little meat. The entire bottom bun has been completely soggy multiple times.

The subs are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I generous they are with the ingredients—every bite is satisfying. The staff is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is clean. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, but honestly, everything I’ve tried has been amazing. Definitely one of my favorite sub spots. Highly recommend!
