Do not go to this place, their application is faulty and when you go inside to talk about it…their employees do not care. They blame it on corporate because these are franchises. Other competitors have better apps that work and give you more points. In a world where money is hard to come by, you’d think a customer facing business like this would be better.

Tried the new turkey cranberry holiday sub and got the side of gravy for $1 more. The gravy was old and had been out well over expiring time. The sub itself was okay but the stuffing was extremely salty. Ended up with food poisoning. Don’t recommend! The turkey bacon ranch sub was good though! Staff was nice.

Firehouse Subs, y’all got me messed up. Two days in a row, y’all couldn’t get one simple order right. I ordered the Club on a Sub, said no onions because I’m allergic, and y’all still put onions on it. Then you keep sending me regular Cheetos instead of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. If you don’t got it, just say that!
I called that store four times no answer. Messaged my driver three times nothing. Opened my bag and boom My mouth swelled up the second I took a bite. If I didn’t have my EpiPen, who knows what could’ve happened.
Y’all are lazy, careless, and clearly can’t read special instructions. I work too damn hard for my money to be disrespected like that. Fix y’all staff, fix y’all system, and stop serving food if you can’t pay attention.

We normally don’t order from firehouse but I was hungry for their subs. On line and used my app to order dinner. I love their hook & ladder and my wife got the engineer. The subs were delicious and great. I enjoyed that dill pickle they put in your order. Highly recommended to order and eat there. The staff is great. Thanks again.
