We just ate at this Firehouse. It was absolutely delicious!!! We haven’t been to Firehouse in a long time, and it was better than we remembered. Both my husband and I had the Turkey Bacon Ranch(minus the ranch) and it was awesome! James was working all by himself and the facility was very clean, he greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and gave us a great service. He was extremely polite and made our sandwiches perfectly. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this Firehouse!

Hands down these are the best subs in Plymouth. The mac & cheese / chili is the best tasting from a restaurant I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly & the rewards program is wonderful as it’s really easy to use & you get rewarded frequently. The only downside is that I wished they gave larger portions of the mac & cheese / chili as it’s too delicious & even a large portion is never enough.

Worse and worse everytime we come. Little to no chips, pop machine little selection, pop cooler was empty. No brownies, no pickles. Better off going to subway. 2 guys working were nice.

Tasty food for a reasonable price! Both the sandwiches and the salads from here taste fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Steamer… it has the perfect combination of salty with a little kick from the mustard!

just picked up my sub. i ordered no onions (even shows on my receipt) but it still had them ; the bread was so dry / stiff ; and sub overall lacked taste.

It has been a little while since, I was last here. But, if they ever did reopen I would definitely be back.
We were in the area wanting to have some good sub sandwiches. There was only like a minute wait or two before I was able to order. I decided on a hook and ladder sandwich. And the best part was that in no way did I feel rushed from ordering my food, to getting my food. I also liked how I was able to see them assemble the sandwich with fresh ingredients. Of course I liked how potato chips and a large soda came with it, to quench my thirst.
I do have to say, that when I got home, I really enjoyed devouring my sandwich. I mean now that was a sandwich. There was really good slices of chicken, honey baked meat, plus lots of tomatoes, lettuce and an extra helping of mayo.
Now I definitely have a desire to go to a Firehouse subs now.

Edit again: my son and I went into firehouse subs today and used the free sub coupon that we were given because of the mistake earlier. They took extra care to make sure our order was just perfect, they suggested a sandwich for my other son which was absolutely amazing. The sandwiches were so tasty and fresh and the store was clean and tidy. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. We got our hot food right away and we would hands-down recommend this restaurant without reservation. Kudos to Firehouse Subs!

Edit: The store manager, Mike, got back to me right away and apologized, will be sending a coupon for a replacement sandwich, and will talk to the employees to see if there was a process error that could be fixed. Their sandwiches are very good, and based on management’s prompt response I changed my rating to 5 stars. Thanks Firehouse Subs!
My son ordered a plain ham and cheese sandwich specifically without any extra toppings. We had a little bit of a hard time with the order because the girl taking the order was hard of hearing, and the masks make it challenging, but she repeated the order back and joked how easy it was because there were no toppings to put on. We got home and it was a sandwich with everything on it, including oil and Mayo that were impossible to scrape off. I tried to call the store many times and they did not answer.

This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Firehouse Subs, the employees were patient and courteous and help me through my ordering, I got two small Subs to try it out the hook and ladder which was excellent!! And the brisket barbecue sandwich I think it was called was also wonderful.

Recently visited there for the very first time. Staff were patient and helpful. Helped me to figure out what I wanted with some helpful suggestions and personal preferences. Definitely superior to most chain sandwich places, (i.e. Subway, Jimmy John’s, Potbelly. Would strongly recommend if you’re looking for a hot or cold sub style sandwich. Also like how they are big on supporting First Responders. Great food, great service for a great cause.

I loved this location. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious and served in a timely fashion! The store was very clean and lastly bathroom was as well! I will definitely be coming back to this specific location. (Staff member with no front teeth, was by far the nicest person there, he wouldn’t accept my tip for the great service and settled with a smile). He was awesome.
