I love firehouse. This store is great, although sometimes not as clean as I would like. Also firehouse should offer military/first responder discounts on the app. Other than that firehouse is excellent and my food is always top notch here. I always get the hook & ladder combo! Also I stopped coming but once they brought the hot sauce bar back I was in! They need some hotter sauces but the scorpion is great tasting!

This was my first pick-up at this location. I was greeted upon arrival, though lackluster and almost robotic. After locating the bag with my delivery customer’s order (unsealed), I asked about the bottled Coke she ordered, and paid for. I was told that they don’t have bottled Coke, and the employee pointed to some cups, and said that I have to get it.
No other business I’ve come across in Searcy doesn’t fix the entire meal, AND place protective stickers on all food packages, and beverages. We don’t have gloves. We don’t work for your establishment. Our job is to pick up the order, and deliver it…not to prepare it. Unacceptable.

Service was phenomenal especially given the terrible working conditions these guys were in. Very hospitable and friendly. Came in here to eat after skating thinking we could sit in a cold building but it is 92 degrees on the thermostat in the dining area. We stuck it out mainly out of compassion for the workers. I can’t begin to imagine how hot it is behind that counter by the grills. This is shameful ownership and does not leave a good reputation for the community. I hate it because the food is good and service is great but I wouldn’t blame someone for not remaining employed where it’s required to work in such extreme heat. I would go as far to say it could pose health code violations because there is literally no way to contain sweating on food.
