I am a true firehouse sub fan. This location is just amazing with their fast and friendly service. I have visited this store 15-20 times and always the same friendly greeting, clean store, great food and just down right great service. Thanks to the owners and staff for all you bring to the table.

Stopped in to grab lunch. I went with the Club Sandwich which was absolutely incredible. Great toppings, plenty of meat, fantastic bread, and it was warmed. That was a nice surprise. Oh! And there was a pickle, too! To top it off, they got my order right. I just wish I had gotten the time to eat it. It took 25 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food. I only get 30 minutes for lunch, so I ate 1/2 of it and ended up late getting back to work. Totally worth it. Next time, and there will be a next time, I will order ahead. If you have time, they are worth the wait. If you can order ahead, I would suggest it.

For the absolute life of them, they cannot, ,and will not, read a mobile order correctly and prepare the correct order. I keep thinking that they will surprise me and give me a correct order. But they never do.
I even call them everytime I order online and ask them for no pickles. I’ve received no pickles, maybe twice. Maybe.

This location is always clean. Food is always served hot and quickly. Which is important when you are ordering fries. And the staff is always very friendly.

Great service and atmosphere, but I give the food 2 ⭐️ because after 3 times my order was not right!!! Whatever I get I always want it fully involved!!! Each time my large steak n cheese I asked for it with everything and my medium engineer the same way!!! Twice, they both were wrong!!! The last time the engineer was right, but the steak n cheese was wrong!!! I’m like how and you got the ticket for them both fully involved!!! Even after all of that, two sandwiches were replaced with no hesitation!!! Staff is great, I believe the guys are just working so fast and talking that they just made the sandwich the way they know it comes and just missed the fully involved part!!! At least that’s what I am going to choose it up to be!!! I will wait a while before I order again from this location again, just to see!!! I also now know to check my food before I leave as well!!!

Every time I order from here they mess my order up. I ordered through the app one time, only to pick up my order and see that all that was on it was meat and cheese. Went back in and was told, “we just made it with what we had.” Never got a call or a heads up. Every time I order online they skimp on all veggies and never add the stuff I pay extra for.
