The first review I gave it a 5 review so I went back only to receive two disgusting orders. They had no onions but the real thing it had so much mayo it was squirting out the sides of the sandwich and both sandwiches were incomplete.

My food was not made right. Amya had an attitude when taking my order. both women inside of the restaurant were screaming and acting very immature and yelling the whole time I could not enjoy my dinner with my father-in-law because they were continuously screaming the men inside of the restaurant, however, were polite and respectful. I would suggest making sure a manager is working when you have young teenagers making the food. because if there was a manager in there, that person is not doing their job.

I just left here. I’m new to the state, ordered from here with my grandmother a few days ago and it was DELICIOUS! I then went today and asked for my cold sub where I asked for extra onion. A guy with a nasty attitude and shrug said we don’t have any onions …. I’ve never been to a sub place that has .. no onions? A new girl who works there was very kind and apologized. But with the attitude of that guy I certainly won’t be back.

I called today after I ordered my sandwich to make sure that it was going to be correct. After I received it, it was still made with onions. I called the store and a nice young lady answered the phone, then a rude guy that evidently made the sandwich got on the phone and told me it was a doordash problem not theirs. I asked him did doordash make the sandwich which he replied no, that he was just to busy to talk to a dissatisfied customer. This left a bad taste about this location for me. Do better!!

I’ve been to firehouse only a handful of times and always get the Sweet & Spicy Meatball sub. However today, not only was the customer service great, but that was the best sub I think I’ve ever eaten! The cheese was perfectly coating the top of the sub and that sauce is delicious! Thank you guys for serving an outstanding sub and being so amazing while doing it.
Update: Went back and got another of the same sub so I could snap a pic of the beauty! It tastes like the first bite all over again!
