My wife specifically wanted Firehouse subs (I prefer Jersey Mike’s). So, I got what she wanted…. Kind of. Upon a warm greeting, I placed my order with specifics about my wife’s sandwich because she has an allergy. Wait about 8-10 minutes for our order, not too bad. Assuming hers was properly constructed, I thanked them and went on my way. Sure enough, improper ingredients on her sandwich that she’s allergic to. Called to discuss and they offered to remake the sandwich. Trouble is, they’re 7 miles away. Doesn’t make since to drive for a $6 sandwich. So, I asked for compensation ($20 gift card). The GM said she has to call her DM for approval. A little ridiculous but I’ll see what they offer. Looks like a may convert my wife over to Jersey Mike’s

The staff was very efficient and friendly. Order was ready on time and we discussed that I ate in the very first Firehouse Subs on the very first day it was open for business. The Sorenson brothers had done their own buildout and we discussed their work, and career change as they made my sandwich. I am a contractor.
I have eaten hundreds of your sandwiches and unfortunately I don’t live near one now, keep growing, I love your food!!

Comprehension is major in life. Called to ask for help, told nothing they can do except basically inconvenience me to have to drive back to store. Absolutely incompetent human beings.
As you can see on receipt, the bacon ranch was supposed to be no lettuce, onion or tomato, on extra toasted white. It has onion, tomato, on untoasted wheat. The Italian, was supposed to have the onion and tomato. It had barely anything on it, and sort of toasted.

I ordered the beef au jus sandwich. For the price there was hardly and roast beef. Very thin I tasted only one piece of onion. I will not give them another try. You can’t come back from this.

I have had COVID this week and since my symptoms are starting to subside, I decided to mask up and go pick up some food. I ordered through the app so I would have less exposure to other people. It was promised at 35 minutes after the hour. When it was not ready I simply asked how much longer it would be. A guy named Jason, even though not rude, was somewhat passive aggressive with his reply. He mentioned they had a large order and that they have some steamers that are not working. About 20 minutes later I got my order. I had ordered a Hook and Ladder with no ham. I haven’t had ham in 35 years and I only mentioned this so that you know I’m not just being petty. When I get home, and I go to eat my sandwich, it has ham on it. I have to take it back of course and I’m very polite when I walk back in. I nicely asked to speak to Jason, he looks at me and walks away from the counter and back towards the drink area. When I tell him that I have ham on my sub, his reply is, I made it with just turkey. I had to open the sandwich to show him the ham. He told me to throw it away and walked away from me. He did not say one other word to me. I’m guessing he’s going to make it because I see him messing with some meat behind the counter again, so I go to the end of the counter and proceed to wait. He wasn’t making my sub, he was weighing out portions. I see them send out several sandwiches and decide to ask the gentleman making sandwiches if they are remaking mine. He just says.. ma’am your order just hasn’t come up yet.. okay fine at least I know they’re making it. I get home and I open it and I’m very surprised at what they sent. This is not their standard and it was intentional. I have only gone in and ordered at the counter and never had this kind of experience. I don’t know if Jason is their manager but I’ve seen another manager in there before and he would have never acted as Jason did. Adding photos of that Hook and Ladder sub!

People here certainly don’t want to be here or working. Rude, not nice at all. My husband ordered a large combo and when he got his fries it literally once enough for a 3 year old. When he questioned it they said they would put more fries down. Waited over 15 mins and at this point we were done eating just receive 6 little fries. The food is very expensive for what you get so adding the horrible service on top of that says We won’t be back!! For managements ease of finding out who was working, this took place on Tuesday December 16,2025 at 5:10PM. It seems like nothing ever gets done in situations such as this so since this is the second time at this location that this has occurred we will stick with Jersey Mikes

I have ordered 3 days in a row this week, first was Monday and it was the steak and cheese – never put onions as requested, no mushrooms which i requested and had PAID extra for, Tuesday was an Italian which was not too bad, Wednesday (TODAY) got another Italian (thinking it would be the same as tuesday _ DEFINATELY NOT) which had pepperoni when I requested none, I also requested extra dressing that they put on it and it had close to none. Not sure if the employees can read, maybe send them back to school to be able to read? or in a language they can read? I’ve spent over $40 for 3 lunches that were incorrect. I much rather go to Jersey Mikes where they can get a sandwich order correct. AND Jersey Mikes ACTUALLY READS THE NOTES YOU PUT IN AT THE BOTTOM WHEN ORDERING ONLINE!!! Firehouse has become such a disappointment!

Love this place , the steamer is my favorite, wasn’t a big fan of the french dip I thought it was bland ,but other than that we have always had great service and really yummy food.
