This place could be amazing if they learned how to make the sandwiches right. Last time two 12 inches. Both made incorrectly. This time got two 6 inches both made incorrectly. Sorry but came home put my own cheese on it.

Yum! A friend and I tried Firehouse Subs today and it was delicious!! I got the Italian and it was better than I expected. The bread was soft, the ingredients were fresh, and it had the perfect seasoning. The employees were upbeat and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

It’s hard to screw up a chain sub off the menu but they did stellar job of it. Cheddar & beef medium size, barely any meat, barely a hint of chess or sauce and the meat itself was tasteless, not exaggerating any of this. Hadn’t been a drive from the hotel I’d have very unhappy at the counter again. avoid it. Kid taking the order was at least trying, those one making the subs made it obvious he wanted to be anywhere else, customers were suffering for it.

Sandwiches are good, and the staff is very friendly, but the website is absolute trash. It forces you to create a profile and get verification codes emailed before you can order. Boooooo! I understand this is a franchise and this location does not necessarily have control over the web design. Just saying it deters me from ordering from here

Food was horrible i got home to eat my sand-which and found a CLUSTER of RED hair but not ginger hair it was long red colored hair, almost like artificial box dye. Not only am i disgusted by the food but am disgusted by the behavior of the workers they were all very rude and the manager just sat in the back meanwhile there were lots of people in the store. Plus the whole store was dirty and when i went into the bathroom it was unusable considering there were poop smears on the toilet! It’s pretty shitty here… literally!! Very disappointed in this place considering its brand new the overall management needs a pep in their step. I do not recommend this sub place whatsoever 0/10!!
