Good food as normal, though I think the meat portions were smaller than normal. But: you can tell that the owner doesn’t ever visit, or if they do, they have lost all pride in running a good business. Staff all moved at snails pace and spoke unprofessionally “Here go your food” type stuff. They look like they all wanted to quit or just hated life. Going to stick with Jimmy John’s. At least they appear to want to make your food.

Wish I could have tried my food but it was made incorrectly, I had a bad feeling about my order the second I placed it. 2 simple subs, with instructions in front of you, at 2pm with no one else in the store… the other sub that was eaten, was the worst shes had from firehouse. Will not visit this location again..

This is my first time ordering subs from here. I had a tuna fish sub. The tuna was very tasty and the portion sizes are big (considering the price). But, the bread must have been two days old and even the chips were stale. Even the soda was flat. Maybe it was just an off day (I hope). I’ll try them again and update my review.

I recently had an amazing experience at this sandwich shop! The food was delicious, and the customer service was simply outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. It was evident that the staff truly values teamwork.
I was particularly impressed when a sports team came in, and the young ladies working there handled their orders like pros, getting everyone served in under 30 minutes! Their efficiency and friendliness were remarkable. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy another meal soon!

Not a great place if you have to get more than one order. I made a pickup order and when I arrived, they handed me the bags without bothering to mention that the only bottled drinks they gave me were diet cokes, when I had clients that ordered 3 different types of drinks. I caught it and ended up having to make my own fountain drinks. After getting back with the order, none of subs were marked to show which one was which, and they shorted us a sub. The subs themselves were middling at best. Do not go here.
