Stop asking for customers to give a donation to the local fire company every time you approach the counter. It is very annoying. Just post your sign and let the customer make the decision.
Ordered a meal to eat in. Cashier asked if i would choose to round up my bill to the next dollar amount for the local fire company. Said that was fine. Then- got my meal but then later went back to counter to get a dessert. Same employee again asked if I would choose to round up my bill to the next dollar for local fire company. Told her I already did – she said she knew that but then again asked if i would be willing to donate more.
This type of annoying behavior has made me choose to never frequent a Firehouse Sub location again.

I just ordered for the first time and am really disappointed. I ordered the firehouse hero, which has roast beef, turkey, and ham. What I received only had beef on it. The sub arrived super cold like it had been sitting out (not sure if they made it too far ahead of my delivery window or what). I can’t be certain it was the store instead of my delivery person so I won’t hold that against them. I added pickles on my own because that’s not a topping choice (weird for a sandwich place?).
Issues aside, I was not at all impressed with the taste and quality of the sub. I don’t plan to go back.

Sandwiches are really good especially the Italian. Recently tried the NY Corned beef and pastrami is was ok but u was definitely disappointed with the meat portion. Ur overall still good eats.

I hit the Firehouse before a movie. I got the Smokehouse n cheese and potato soup. The soup was good (recommend adding included crackers for thickness) The sandwich was a bit over priced for the size (8.79) and a little under flavored. It wasn’t bad but not great. Maybe Id try another mix. For taste and price Id go Wawa, but if you want a sit down experience, Firehouse is worth a visit.

Went there to get a sub. Made the wrong order, went home opened the box wrong. Called the assistant manager answered, apologized and said I needed to bring back the order they will make me the right one…annoyed but ok I get it. I drive back and front cashier who is also assistant manger admits he made the mistake. I ask him/tell him because of the inconvenience I should keep the mess up order and to PLEASE make me what I ordered. He goes onto I need to call the owner. Dude you’re the manager make an executive decision! Otherwise you’re not the manager…I digress. I ask him if he’s just going to throw it away he tells me yes. I say that is such a waste, and once again because your mistake I should be compensated and a friendly gesture of good customer service. His owner tells him he cannot do it.
To the owner: you do not know how to treat your customers and a simple gesture of making it right for the customer would gone a long way here. Pennies for you and a satisfied customer but instead you wanted to feel like you won good job. I’ll be forwarding this to corporate as well.
