I recently placed a take out order and was thoroughly impressed by the seamless experience from start to finish. The food was remarkably fresh; it was clear that it was prepared with care rather than just rushed out. I especially want to commend Ian, Antoinette, & Lopez on yalls second shift for their great customer service. Their professionalism & welcoming demeanor during the pickup made a simple order feel like a first class experience. I will certainly be returning.

Really cannot say enough about this Firehouse!
I often find order very large amounts of lunches last minute and they have always found a way to make it happen. Best thing is I was afraid that the lunches would look and taste “rushed”.. Not the case. The manager there along with ownership always have a “can do” attitude and are very professional which I haven’t experienced at other places in the past.
They will remain my go to for feeding the masses and for my meal as well.
* Gluten free buns have been a hit for some of my Gluten intolerant coworkers. And the cookies- oh the cookies!

Dont waste your time or money. Long story short, my first experience firehouse subs in garner was horrible. Food was inedible and the staff was unprofessional. Left a negative review and was contacted by the owner offering a large replacement sandwich of my choice. Accepted her offer. Owner advised she had contacted the staff and advised them i would be arriving soon. On the second visit to the store i was treated rudely by an unorganized, unprofessional staff member who was full of contempt and refused me service. Contacted owner via phone again and she advised she would rectify the issue as she had contacted the wrong store location. Upon re entering the resturant the employee mentioned above advised i would be recieving a chicken bacon ranch sub and that i had no choice in what sandwich i would be receiving…. i declined service and left the premises disgusted at the level of ignorance and disrespectfulness i had received as a customer. No wonder theres no one seated in the dining area and the parking lot is empty. The owner requested a five star review…. instead i give you the truth.
Avoid this place like the plauge. After dealing with the “owner” three times directly, she passes the buck via her response to my review to a JESSICA in customer service for further comments. Typical from someone who has no idea how to de escalate, resolve an issue, or run a successful business. What Angie needs to do is refund my original full purchase price of my meal to my debit card. please do yourself a favor and choose an alternative selection for your meal. Mty two cents… which are “invaluable” per angie herself per her review of my horrible exprrience at her resturant.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Firehouse. Only visited one in Cary a few and one in Durham. Which were both very nice and friendly staff. Their food was awesome. I was having my oil changed, so I decided to cheat on my diet Staff while not rude, were not as welcoming. My bread was hard as if it wasn’t fresh. My daughter had no complaints about her sandwich however she suggested we not return again. On the positive side, the place was very clean!

This was a very confusing experience for me. I ordered a veggie sub with no cheese, no caramelized onions and no green peppers. Im also 20 weeks pregnant which made this even more frustrating because I can hardly eat anything right now due to strong food aversions . The store even called to confirm my order. When I got my sub, it only had all the NO ingredients that are clearly listed as “NO” and a random extra empty sub. I’ve never been more confused as to how this was made so incredibly incorrect. First and last order from this location.

So I ordered on a delivery app. We will not say the name nor when I ordered just because everyone always wants every dollar they can get but I definitely messed up and ordered the wrong sandwich. I tried to hit help on the food app I ordered from and nobody ever came into the chat. The longer I waited. They would have made the sandwich and probably would have made me another but a whole sandwich would have been wasted just due to the time wasted waiting for someone to come chat. Called the store young man answered passed me to Manager and no questions asked no headaches. I told him I messed up and that my slow self was ordering for someone elderly and was and they had asked me to order cause they didn’t want to mess up and guess who did lol. So manager name is Joel looked out for the cookout and made it right and made the right sandwich for me well for my elderly couple. Thank you Thank you Thank you Joel!!!

The non profit I work for has had Firehouse cater one of our events for three years. They have been great partners excited to support us . The staff prepares a delicious assortment of sandwiches fresh just hours before lunch and gives us a terrific price. The owner delivers himself with enthusiasm and smiles. Firehouse is a favorite among our participants. For us it is reassuring to know we will have great FRESH sandwiches delivered on time with such graciousness and appreciation for our business

Ordered a Pepperoni Pizza sub which is a toasted meatball sub with marinara, mozzarella and charred Pepperoni on top and it was so good I got it for lunch the next two days in a row and for someone who doesn’t order a meatball as his first choice I was genuinely impressed. I wish google would let me post a picture because the sandwich itself looked really really good. 100x better than subway ever was, the bread tastes really fresh, the marinara sauce is amazing ( as someone who doesn’t typically like marinara this way as amazing to me ), meatballs and pepperoni were really really good. 10/10, it’s made right every time, the workers clearly care about what they are doing and the team in general is really energetic and happy to help you with whatever you need.
Also a hot sauce bar is always a + so bonus points for that.
