This location closed 2 hours earlier than what’s posted on Google Maps. Hours say 10a-10p. We pulled up at 8pm on Saturday night and the staff were turning off all the outdoor and some of the indoor lighting, like the dining area. I ordered the Hook & Ladder with no onions and my partner ordered the Corned Beef without lettuce, tomato, & mayo. We ordered our subs to go and when we got to our destination 20 minutes away, our sandwiches were wrong. Mine had extra onion and my partner’s had mayo. When we checked the receipt we noticed that the person taking the order did not enter them as we ordered them, just put them in without any modifications. So, ideally, my partner’s sandwich should have also had lettuce & tomato with the mayo. His sandwich also didn’t have any of the deli mustard, it was just the meat, cheese, & mayo. I recommend the management adjust the store hours in Google Maps to the correct ones. We usually enjoy the food by this chain, but certainly not from this location. Subway is pricier but at least they make sandwiches in front of you based on how you order it!

I was the only customer in the entire restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich, employees were playing and loud and doing everything except getting my lunch, I was short on time because it was just a lunch break, had to return to work, I almost left when they finally announced my sandwich was ready, but didn’t have time to sit down and enjoy it . Wanted to fine in but had to take it to go and eat on the way back to work. Recommend firehouse just not that location.

Every time I come here after 8 p.m., I’m told the wait in the drive-thru is about 15 minutes. This time, all the lights at the drive-thru were off, so I had to go inside. The staff didn’t seem very helpful—they were focused on closing duties even though the store doesn’t close until 10 p.m., and it was only 8:30. They really need to work on their customer service and attention to guests.

This location is hit or miss with wait times, but is usually accurate with the orders. The last few times I have gone my order has been messed up. I commute so my husband and I make the order, pick it up, and sometimes eat and sometimes drive home first. Today I was working late on my half day shift and my husband picked up some food for me. He ordered a medium engineer no tomato’s. He brought it back to work and I finished up work and on the drive home decided to eat my food. It only had turkey and mushrooms on it. It was not enjoyable at all. I love firehouse and go to archer road all the time. The Engineer is something I crave and I look forward to it every time I order a sub.
I also have been in food service before so I get mistakes happen and sometimes trucks don’t come etc. But if you don’t have Lettuce, Mayo, mustard, cheese, onions you should really turn your app off or let your guest know. I was very disappointed today.

I loved the vegetarian sub my husband loved the steak sub so good we said we will definitely go back to Firehouse subs on 13th Street it’s new I’m so used to going to the one on Archer road but we decided we will go to the one on 13th Street because it’s new and it just open they were so sweet and nice and they brought our food to us and the food was awesome we enjoyed it very great customer service

The cashier’s tone of voice sounded like they were done with me the moment I had walked up to the counter. I ordered a medium brisket and had asked for medium fries, not as a combo. I was charged for a brisket, medium drink, and chips (I was holding chips, sure, but I had put them back just before walking to the counter). I realized this just after I had received the sandwich. I was looking forward to those fries too.

We ordered 3 subs and the took half an hour. When we got home our sandwiches only had 1 of the added items we put on our sandwiches and none of the toppings that are supposed to come on the sandwiches. I threw mine in the trash..meat and banana peppers on dry bread. I’m ordering a publix sub now. First and last experience with firehouse.

1st time diner. Recommended by family. Host Cameron was polite and professional. The food was good and hot. Service by the kitchen was very slow. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Customers who ordered on the app or complained about ordering the wrong food received preferential service. This was the slowest sandwich shop in town, in my opinion.
