Food was good, however my order was inaccurate and some of their serving trays are falling apart. I specifically asked for no pickle but it was on my tray anyway.

I was honestly very disappointed in our subs. My ham and cheese had NO cheese. It was a very skimpy sub. I got more at subway for WAY less money. My son and husband got steak and cheese. ALSO. Nothing to write home about. It was very thin on the meats. I had eaten there when they first came to Gaffney. Those were much better than this purchase. I do not believe this order was worth the $50.00 I paid.

Friendly service in a clean restaurant. However, I noticed that there weren’t many people here on a weekday at lunch time. It used to always be packed at this time.
I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch medium sub and it was disappointing. For over $10, there really needs to be more meat. Just a few shavings of turkey meat, one very meager strip of bacon, and a lot of cheese, lettuce and bread. Specifically it came covered in a runny cheese sauce. Perhaps to hide the very small amount of meat? Either way, the runny cheese sauce detracted from the sandwich rather than adding to it.
This is not how it used to be at all. It would seem that this explains why there aren’t as many people here at Firehouse subs in Gaffney as there used to be.

Absolutely disappointed at this one, made an online order, realized that the pick up time had reset to ASAP right after the order, called the number to let them know ow, young lady answered the phone and asked if I could hold please, absolutely no problem, 15 minutes later the phone hangs up, try calling back and could not get anyone, so jump in the car and drove the 20 mins there continuing to call on the way, when I arrived at the restaurant, there were absolutely no customers there.

Messed up my order, told me to come back up there and they’ll have my order ready. Get up there just for them to tell me that they’re out of it and they’ll have to give me a refund. Which would’ve been okay if they would’ve told me that over the phone instead of wasting my gas. I didn’t even bring my debit card with me so I couldn’t even get my refund back. They told me to come back another day and I told them no because I don’t even be in Gaffney like that.

Ordered a steak and cheese sub back in November. It comes with steak, cheese, provolone cheese, onions, peppers, mayo, mustard, and a pickle. I was given a plain steak and cheese sandwich with nothing else (see photo below). I escalated it to firehouse and apparently they reached out to the store but I have not been contacted since. I enjoy going here but the service isn’t great.
Update: This is still ongoing. The store offered me a free meal but did not tell me how to redeem this. Go across the street and get Jersey Mike’s if you want better food and service.

Pretty bummed about our most recent trip. We ordered 2 Steak and Cheese subs fully involved, according to the website they come with onions and bell peppers. When we got home we found our subs were made with the wrong bread and included only steak and cheese. The store was completely empty and there was plenty of time before close, so I’m not sure how the order got messed up. This isn’t typical of Firehouse, so I’m really hoping future visits are better.

This is the closest one to my house and everytime I’ve gone my sub is never right. I ordered the other day and they got it wrong not once, not twice but 3 times because they’re always up there talking and playing around. Half of my sandwich didn’t hardly have anything on it. I love firehouse but I won’t be going back to this location.
