Just attempted to eat at this firehouse on 01/09/26. I walked in and the building must have been 90 degrees inside at 100% humidity. It smelled like feet. I felt bad for the employees and don’t blame them. Myself and about 5 others decided it would be an awful experience and did not eat here today. I hope this review finds the owner, building maintainer, and shift manager.

Fun Fact: This is the Only FireHouse that has a drive-thru in my town which I LOVE! My Sub from Firehouse was so DELICIOUS. It’s the Hook and ladder with Italian Dressing! Highly recommend this location! They have Gluten Free Buns for their subs too!

I wish that the actual product looked like the pictures. This was our first time eating here. The subs were pretty decent. Maybe it was the New York Streamer or the Club on a Sub. I returned a few days later. Better New York Streamer sub this time with some added lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños. 5 stars.

Went to Firehouse Subs today And while I was eating my sandwich, there was a bug in it and so I took it out to examine it took it up to the manager and he gave me a partial refund and I’m five months pregnant and got sick and their bathroom. So safe to say not really my cup of tea anymore.

Unfortunately, when I got there, the staff didn’t really seem interested in taking an order at all. The menu was vast of an assortment of sandwiches. They were having a conversation instead, so I didn’t feel welcome. I don’t think I’ll be back.

My husband wrote this review. Not I. My pepperoni meatball sub was very good! Bread was soft n delicious. Had good flavor all around. Would order again! Husband Jim, had the French dip. Was nasty tasting bread & was old and the au jus was plain. Very bland Will not come back. Does not give military or senior discount. Fr what it cost for two sandwiches I should have gone to Arby’s.

This is the best sub sandwich in Clarksville Tennessee that you will ever get. The food, meat, and toppings are always the freshest. Plus, they serve a good cause by providing life-saving equipment to first responders and public safety organizations. I always round off my bill to add to the cause. This place is always very clean too!

I love there turkey sandwich. The bread is always just right not hard and also not soggy. Love that I can earn points for free sandwiches when I have the money I will eat it almost daily and my man is thrilled they brought back there hot sauce collection his favorite is back draft.
