firehouse is in my #2 spot for best subs out there!! this location is always a favorite for me to pop in, service is fast, and precise! there is always plenty of clean seating, and I always love a coke freestyle machine, and they have one! its always quiet in there and the temperature is always at a good spot! the subs themselves are phenomenal, the bread is so pillow-ey soft and fresh, and the produce is crisp and cold! need I mention the sweet tangy mayonnaise? 10/10! the staff is so kind and quick to help! too bad this location is so far from me because I would be a more frequent customer for sure!!

This place has gone down hill badly since new owners started. Lock up early open later than the times it says they open at. The employees are rude and do not make anything right what so ever. I loved eating here before they took over. I get large subs and many times it’s literally inches smaller than the other ones in my order. Would not let me purchase two extra sauces for my subs. It’s terrible. Do not recommend. I will not give them my business anymore.

Would not give a 2nd hot sauce container for 2 large subs for 2 separate people ($30 order). Explained I am ordering for a coworker and the OWNER named Kevin repeated “it’s store policy” for 1 sauce regardless of how many sandwiches ordered. Did not offer to pay extra for extra sauce unless buying an entire bottle cannot get from sauce bar. only refused. 1 star service.

He really wanted a fire hat, She told me no at first since he didn’t get a “kids meal” But it would be ok if I paid $2.50 for it.. Not like I spent $62 already. I haven’t been to a firehouse in years. This one was larger in size than most I’ve seen.
We thought the place was closed when we walked up; the signboard was blank and there were almost no cars in the parking lot.
Upon entering the store, I noticed how quiet it was. No music was playing nor was any talking going on; a bit uncharacteristic of a sandwich shop during Saturday lunch.
The food was great. Well prepared and delicious.
An employee was arguing with the manager/owner at one point which was awkward.
Also, there was copious amounts of smoke from cooking circulating throughout the dining room.
I may return at some point.

Awesome subs beats Jimmy Johns ,Subway and all the rest of the sub shops by far. Great choice of hot sauces too. I will post a pic of my favorite. Also if your a Fireman like myself you get a free drink. I didn’t even ask I was wearing a fire shirt and they asked if I was I told them yes why they said well you get a free drink. Pretty awesome they show there appreciation even if In a small way.
