I came to this store right before a job interview and I wasn’t satisfied. I’ve had good experiences ordering through food delivery apps, but it seems like people love to short you on the amount of food they give you if they don’t like you, or feel as though they can play/test you.
I really wanted to try a sandwich from here and it tasted good, but I would’ve been better off going somewhere else, because it didn’t make me full.
I told everyone thank you who served me too….Anyway, I’m never going back to this store again and making sure I never get any food delivered from this location in the future.
I’m not spending $12 just to be hungry again within the next hour (I’m skinny too). I just don’t understand how companies charge high prices, but wont give a fair deal – I would never treat a paying customer that way, but whatever. I can’t expect a capitalist/stranger to have compassion for someone they don’t know.

Whenever I go to Firehouse I usually order the Italian sub without bread and most of the times they make me a decent salad with Italian meat. At this location, not only the staff was extremely friendly they also gave me the best Italian salad I have ever had at Firehouse subs.

My order was completely wrong. They forgot all the veggies I added and bacon I paid for. When I called to explain the situation the lady told me ‘she didn’t make the sandwich so its not her fault and I better not catch an attitude with her’ Do not order from here. Horrible service. They also burned the bread.
EDIT: friend ordered today, I warned him that they mess up nearly every order. Sure enough, both of our sandwiches didn’t have any dressing on it. Do not order from here. They will mess up your order every time.

The biggest issue I have is the inability to follow directions. Every time I have an order for this location, I request “no pickles” because I STRONGLY DISLIKE the smell and the taste of them. Not only was a pickle added to my order again, the pickle was on my food. Now I have to taste this crap and smell it when I eat. Work paid for the order so I won’t raise hell about it. If it was up to me to eat here on my own, as many time as my orders have been mis-made, this place will never see my money.
