I’m very disappointed and honestly frustrated with the service we received today. We came back to this restaurant because our first visit was great—but this time, the treatment we got from Makayla was unacceptable.
As my kids were still choosing their meals, Makayla started tapping her fingers impatiently. The moment I placed our order, she immediately began moving chairs and closing the dining area—without saying a word. We didn’t even get the chance to sit down. When I asked what was going on, she told me they were closing in 30 minutes. If that’s the case, she should have informed us before taking our order.
I considered canceling everything, but my kids were already upset, so I switched to takeout. When she handed me the food, she didn’t include the little firefighter hats for my daughters, which they were excited about. I had to ask for them myself.
To the owner: Please train your staff to communicate clearly and treat customers with basic respect. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is still good—but this kind of attitude ruins the experience. We were the only customers there and were made to feel like an inconvenience. That’s not how you keep people coming back.

It was our first time trying out their subs and we were very excited to try them out but the cashier viktoria was very rude and disrespectful to us. We tried using a card for a free medium sub we had received at an event and she got very upset that we were all going to use one she proceeded to say that next time we should let her know we’re all ordering although we were all going to order seperate. She kept tapping her fingers making it seem like she didn’t want to attend us, this made us feel very uncomfortable and not wanting to go back.

There was a huge rush during lunch hour when I came yesterday and the workers were working very hard and remained polite the entire time and apologized for the wait and more. The wait times aren’t their fault as big orders and rushes happen in food service, especially during lunch and it was great to see them remain composed, calm and collected. They even gave me a card for a free medium sub due to the wait times and to me that was a great gesture even though they couldn’t control the rush. I appreciate the effort the staff put in!

I stopped in to get a sub by myself. The srltaff was super friendly and attentive. Bathroom was clean. Price of my sandwich was reasonable, considering the economy. Wish they were closer to the high school.

Went in at 11:30 and ordered 2 sandwiches, dine in. Waited almost 30 minutes. The employees here have no sense of urgency, seemed like they didnt care how long the customers were waiting. I believe in a “fast food” industry, they should be a little faster. 25.00 for 2 sandwiches!!! how do you say 1 and done. I will not go back. My sandwiches were packed up to go, even though I said it was for “here”. Her reply, I thought you might want to just go.

Been here a few times and plan on coming back many more! The subs are delicious and super filling. The $15 for the large is worth it as I always go home with half the sub for later. Its easily two servings. They also have a huge selection of drinks and chips. Customer service has been great everytime I’ve been in and we’ve had minimal wait time on our subs. The restroom is always clean and they have high chairs available to accommodate my daughter as well as outdoor seating. And they donate to charity! I couldn’t be more satisfied. 5 stars from my family!!
