I ordered a sandwich through DoorDash which cost over $20. My sandwich was just bread and mayo. I called the store and asked for a refund. They told me that they would write my name down and I could get a free sandwich next time. I can’t imagine that system actually works.

Great good. Good staff. Restaurant is small but clean. On a busy day you probably will find it difficult to eat in. Most all seats are metal. Not the cozies place to eat.
Got the Hook and Ladder to go. Only took about 3-4 minutes to get my sandwich.

Ordered as the receipt shows in the first picture – drive 15 minutes home only to open the hook & ladder with lettuce and some kind of sauce when it was supposed to have only tomatoes and the Cajun with tomatoes when it was supposed to have lettuce and sauce only. Super disappointed and not even worth the time to drive back there for them to correct it because they were so busy. The cashier also couldn’t even pay attention to us when ordering. I’d like to think I would’ve enjoyed my sandwich if it came as I ordered it which is why I gave an extra star.
