An A for effort! Placed order online, picked up at the online pickup shelves as you enter the restaurant, near the front door. Personnel were occupied by a customer promoting his products, so only one young lady helped me a little when I was trying to make sure I was pickin up the correct order. The receipt had the first 4 letters in a large font of the first name on the order, that made it a little challenging to recognize if it was mine or not. I looked at the ticket just now and the first name is spelled out at the top of the receipt in a smaller font.

Ordered a “build your own “ on line. Although standard addition for the turkey sub is Provalone, the sandwich contained no cheese. Specified deli mustard which was an option instead of mayo, no mustard or even the standard Mayo was on the sandwich. Added cucumbers from the “additional veggies” option but those were not included. I guess “build your own” simply isn’t possible.

Ordered a salad with NO turkey. I specified ham only. She repeated it back to me. And my poor little sub was a mess. Couldn’t even pick it up. Ate it with a fork. Won’t be back for a while….

First time to eat at Firehouse Subs. Came in at dinner time – looked like the store was fully staffed, but only one person available to take our order and she was on the phone with another customer about a catering order so we waited until employee was off the phone. Once we placed our order we waited on our food for about 5 minutes, which was reasonable. My husband liked his Spicy Cajun Chicken sub. I had the Brisket and Cheddar BBQ sub, which had too much sauce for me.

The staff was wonderful and even though there wasn’t much of a wait, they apologized. Very courteous, but I wasn’t super impressed with the quality of deli meat this location offers. I legitimately buy off brand roast beef that tastes far better than that in the sandwich. It was prepared well and again, great staff. But, sometimes, a bad cut of meat is just a bad cut of meat.
