Went there for the first time just to try the Thanksgiving sub. I will NEVER visit this store again. The sub looked NOTHING like the advertised photo, not even close, see pics attached. Very little stuffing and what was there was soggy & very salty. Very few actual pieces of carved turkey, rest was mushy scraps. Expensive lesson learned. Don’t waste your $$$ at this store, at least.

Friendly staff, always greets you. Been coming here for a few months and my order is never wrong! I usually order for pick up and most times it’s ready by the time I get there.

I visited Firehouse Subs for a quick, late night snack. Per usual, I had the New York Steamer. Overall it was good but I’ve had better tasting ones at other locations. It was a tad dry (needed more Italian dressing) and a bit more meat would have been nice. With that said, the employees provided excellent service and were quick to answer any questions that I had.

So I went and spent almost $16 on just a sandwich. I got back to my job which is approximately 3 minutes from firehouse subs. I started to eat and my entire sandwich just feel to pieces. Half of the meat feel out in the floor. I had to take a call from a client but as soon as my call ended I started trying to call firehouse. So the manager answered the phone. I told him what happened and he then passed the phone to an employee to handle it. I told her I would bring the sandwich back to them and get response was “you can bring it up here and we can discuss it”. ?????? Discuss what???? I’m not going to waste my time or gas no matter how close to come discuss what can be discussed and handle via phone. I’m not going to stop working to drive over there to leave empty handed. I’ve already wasted $16. So I all get to let me talk to the manager. She said he didn’t have time to talk to me that he was busy. Then I ask for corporates number and was given the wrong number. I own a bakery here in Mckinney and I would never treat my customers this way. Especially after choosing my establishment to dine at or take out. That very poor customer service and it says we only care about your money, not that we want you to have a great experience or our products to be to your liking or the quality you get for your money. If my customers ever have an issue with any of my baked goods I fix it or i replace it, no questions ask. Because I want my customers to receive the best quality and customer service possible. I even offer to bring the sandwich back that’s the sad part. I can promise if they do this to other customers they’re gonna lose money. It only takes one time to lose a customer. My husband and I have been going there for the past 4 years atleast 3 times a month. But today will be our last. I can spend less money at subway and get a full meal and better customer service. I can take my business to Jimmy John’s, or Jersey Mike’s. I along with many other customers don’t have money to just throw away.

Good experience – nice hot sandwiches freshly made and this one has a Coke Freestyle (some of the Firehouse’s don’t now). Had an error in my order and they owned it with no problem – remade the sandwich just fine. Recommended.

They know me by name, that’s how good this place is. Definitely download the app for rewards, because you’ll be back. My favorite is the hook and ladder but lately the chicken bacon ranch has me hooked.

Everyone is always so nice and the food is always to my order! Alyssa is the nicest person (I think that’s her name) she is the definition of GREAT customer service I was telling her about how I use to work at firehouse on Custer and they operated with disgust this location is the total opposite of what I experienced I literally hadn’t come back to firehouse due to the firehouse on Custer road even though I know the subs are bomb! Anyway give her a raise! 🙂

I ordered a bowl of chili to go with my small sandwich. When I got there the bag was sealed so it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they actually gave me a cup of chili. It wasn’t even filled up all the way. I tried to call and see if I can bring it back and have it corrected but no one answered and by the time I made it back over to them they would have just closed. The receipt wasn’t provided, just a pick ticket so I can’t formally complain. Super frustrated because I didn’t get what I paid for. Meal wasn’t cheap and I’m still hungry.

Very quick and very good steak & cheese Sammy’s. Also the celebration cookies or the sugar cookies with the sprinkles are ridiculously good and I get like 3-4 haha for the next few days I eat them.
Only thing is I wish they would remind you to scan your app for rewards because I always forget and they never say anything about it.
