First time at a Firehouse Not what I was expecting…thought it would be like a Subway or a Jimmy Johns and I could eat 1/2 and take the other half to work for lunch the next day but being heated up and all it was kind of wet and coming apart so I just finished it off. My husband and I are big fans of Firehouse Subs and visit many locations regularly, but today’s experience at this location was extremely disappointing. My husband stopped in during his 30-minute lunch break. When he walked in, there was no greeting at all. He waited for several seconds with no acknowledgment, even though an employee was standing at the register not helping anyone.
When my husband asked if he could get some assistance, the employee said, “One second, I’m doing something,” without any courtesy. After waiting about five minutes—precious time during a short lunch break—my husband asked again if someone could help him and mentioned that no one had greeted him when he arrived. The employee responded by saying, “I hate it when you people come in to the store.” When my husband asked what he meant, the employee refused to repeat himself and only asked what he wanted to order.
At that point, my husband no longer felt comfortable ordering food from someone speaking and behaving that way, so he left. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager and received no answer.
We hope management addresses this situation seriously. No customer should be spoken to that way, and no employee representing Firehouse Subs should behave like that. We will be visiting the store in person to follow up and ensure this issue is handled properly.

Went to Firehouse Subs for the first time and ordered the Hook & Ladder and the Loaded Potato Soup, both were absolutely amazing. I will definitely be coming back soon as everything was hard to choose.

I came to pick up my order from order eats. Chris, the manager, refused to give me the food because he claims I need some kind of confirmation email. No other place that I’ve order from Uber eats has had me do this. I’m just picking up the food for my job. I had the name of the place, the name on the card, etc but “I can’t give you anything unless I get that confirmation”. I literally just pick up from Wing stop prior to this, they just asked for the name on the order and gave me the food, the same way that every other place has done but this dude seems to think “they’re not supposed to do that”.
So either EVERY other place is wrong or Chris is just rude.

On a recent visit, I had one of their most popular sandwiches, “Hook and Ladder”, small size and had made it a combo (chips and drink). Enjoyed the taste of the sandwich and also had their Cherry Limeade as my drink, which was also quite good. Not very busy for a mid afternoon Saturday. Service was fast and attentive.

Charming little sandwich shop and the cheese brisket sandwich was good. The staff was quick to make the sandwich and it was well presented. Though I wish they would pack more meat in it as I felt like it was a more bread to meat ratio. I’ll come again to try another sandwich next time around.

I ordered on the app and my sandwiches were ready early. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. By using the app I got a great price. They have a Coke Freestyle machine for soft drinks. It’s located next to Starbucks on the corner of Paseo de Valencia and El Toro road. The location is a hard to see from the parking lot because you have to walk around to the street-facing side of the shopping center. There are 15-minute parking spaces available which makes it pretty easy to find parking even though it’s a fairly crowded parking lot.
