Charming little sandwich shop and the cheese brisket sandwich was good. The staff was quick to make the sandwich and it was well presented. Though I wish they would pack more meat in it as I felt like it was a more bread to meat ratio. I’ll come again to try another sandwich next time around.

On a recent visit, I had one of their most popular sandwiches, “Hook and Ladder”, small size and had made it a combo (chips and drink). Enjoyed the taste of the sandwich and also had their Cherry Limeade as my drink, which was also quite good. Not very busy for a mid afternoon Saturday. Service was fast and attentive.

I use to go there 2-3 times a week but they have constantly had issues with their website and customer service…I have tried to contact them several times but they could care less… Never once has anyone from the company bother to respond to me or done anything at all to even acknowledge my concern. Nothing zip zero zilch… Why do you have customer service if you refuse to respond to anything?

Honestly, the food was ok. asked for no onions but it has onions anyways which is easy to remove i guess but not fun to get a mouth full of when you take your first bite. My main issue was the manager Tony thought not so much the onions, a elder man had accidentally picked up the wrong order and started eating it, as this happens Tony decided to make the man and everyone else is the store know how upset he was that this man had made a simple mistake that now make Tony put in a little more effort to make a new one in replacement. The Older man apologized but that didn’t seem to help Tony at all and he ended up making rude comments the whole time i had been there. Very common issue when people accidentally grab the wrong order but as a manager this was no the way to handle it. The customer whose sandwich was taken wasn’t upset.
