Service was good but the food quality has really deteriorated since I last are at Firehouse three years ago, especially the quality of the meat. I had chicken, the texture was strange, like it had filler, not good. My boy had the Italian, he said it wasn’t nearly as good as Ingles boars head version, which is cheaper. Poor value for the price.

So 2nd time in two weeks I’ve ordered door dash. Both times they have messed up my order and sent a wrong item I like the flavors of firehouse but they need to hire people who can read a ticket. The ticket on my food bag is correct and they send the wrong item. Gonna have to boycott this place for awhile. Im sure if u go in make sure your order is correct and it’ll taste fine.

Have not been here in years but the subs were not bad. Much different than what I remember but still good! The fries were delicious as well!
Staff was super friendly even though we showed up 20 minutes prior to closing and they have already cleaned up.

I can’t lie, going here when there busy you’re gonna have a wait. So lunch breaks are not the best idea if you’re short on time. But they are extremely friendly, fixed my order from Friday for free, and are fast when not slammed. I can honestly say this is a good location and I see why they keep business. Thanks for replacing my order and making it hassle free!!

Ive ate at a few fire house but tonight my family ate at easley location and it was nt a good experience nor did it taste good down to the cookie as well as the wait time over 30 mins for 3 subs. We spent nearly $50 for sandwiches and to be honest i would have rather ate at mcdonalds on a bad day. I called and spoke with the manager makayla and was told she made my meal and will let her manager knw about the food complaint. This was a disappointment about food and service.

Walked inside, asked about 25% off after 6:00 pm and they informed me it was for online order only.
My wife filled out all info while sitting in parking lot. The “online” order site didn’t offer 25% off. We wasted 30 minutes for nothing.

Got the French dip, paid $45 for two sandwiches to be delivered. No au jus was in our bag so we ate cold dry French dip sandwiches after a long day of work. When I called the manager said there is nothing she can do, when I asked for a refund we had to go to the location. Do not get the French dip, it absolutely sucks. Especially with no dip!
