I only experienced Firehouse one other time before today. It was many, many years ago and my first time. Well, the drought is over and I decided to give it a whirl. I did have a special offer for a BOGO through T-Mobile. I placed the order online and picked up through the drive-thru. The sandwich was just as good as I
remembered. I definitely will make sure that I have Firehouse at least a few times a year.

I normally love firehouse. However, I got a side salad delivered through DoorDash yesterday. I was a little worried because it looked slimy and wet. Then I took about two bites and I think it was the ranch, but it had this sickening spicey, sour taste. I stopped after that, but now about twelve hours later am very ill on the urge of vomiting. I’m concerned that salad was pre made and past its date. Be careful.

Used the drive-thru. Guy on the other end of the speaker had an absolutely horrible attitude for the entire transaction. Made me feel like I was imposing on his free time just by existing and daring to order food. I was excited to try the Thanksgiving sub that I had seen commercials for. He asked white or wheat, to which I responded white, but noticed on the receipt that it was marked wheat. I decided to let that go since he seemed to be having such a rough day. Then I get home and there is ZERO Cranberry sauce. That is one of the defining ingredients of this sandwich. How do you just forget bright red sauce? Ruined the whole experience. Tried to call and speak to a manager, but I got voicemail, so here we are. I generally don’t leave bad reviews, but this was just an utter lack of concern on the parts of both sandwich maker and order taker. They need to do better.

No service up front. Kiosk only with an option to leave a tip.. NOT. Tables we filthy as were the restrooms. We ordered French dips which came out with dripping shredded beef, not layers of meat. Definitely false advertisement. We will not go back. We reached out to corporate office without resolve. Might I add We paid over $40 for two medium sandwiches, 2 drinks, and a side.

The latest great sandwich spot of Derby, just north of Rock and Patriot Avenue. This fine chain has some superb hot sandwiches so this location is highly welcomed, especially for being a quick drive for all at McConnell Air Force Base. For my fist visit, the sandwiches were awesome, service was fantastic, and the dining area was spaciously set up with a great visual tribute to firefighters. I highly recommend this Firehouse Subs.

I have used the drive thru a couple times and i’ll say that Julien is one of the sweetest workers there. He took my order last night and i’ll say confidently say every time i come through and he takes my order he always has a smile on his face and shows he is a respectful young gentlemen. Julien deserves some recognition for his great work ethics and if you see this keep it going the world needs to revolves around you 🙂

The location is great off Rock Rd, and the drive-thru option at this location is a nice feature that others don’t have. The staff here is also friendly, and the food is very good. I’ve been to 2 other locations, and the sandwiches were the best here. Their sandwiches aren’t made to be super fast, its worth the wait. I’ve been twice already, and I’d recommend it!

Alright, im not a reviewer but ive had it with this location. Ive lived in Derby for 3 years now and every time I retry this location something is messed up. Im constantly not getting items ive ordered and payed for. There have been 3 separate times ive ordered brownies and not gotten them only to be told they are out AFTER IVE PAYED AND HAD TO GO BACK IN TO ASK FOR THEM. I wasnt even offered cookies or anything to compensate. I always ask for extra pickle and its always a toss up on if there will even be pickles in the box at all. Today, theres not a single pickle in any of our orders, all ordered as extra pickle. I try to be understanding, its a service job, things get difficult, Im just tired of being shorted on food ive asked and payed for. I do not have this issue at any other location.

My sister, 2 nieces and I were at this restaurant on 11-5-24. I am a retired case manager and the discrimination by Drew posed on my sister that has a disability was unbelievable. We asked for a table outdoors due to her immune deficiency. Drew (? Manager) stated “no” the chairs were not to be moved because of wind. No wind at this time and they were in a fenced area as shown in picture. His demeanor was condescending which really upset my sister. We sat on curb in parking lot to eat. There are clear guidelines to ADA and these were dismissed by Drew reporting he has a disabled son. He should have a clear understanding of ADA and public access required under this Act instead of using his son to dismiss my sister. Cooperate please contact me on this issue!!
