Their Subs are the best subs that I’ve ever had in my life. The Beef Brisket is my absolute favorite. And I tried their mac and cheese for the first time and it wasn’t half bad, almost through me off with the little garlic bread pieces though. But I’d choose them over Subway and Quiznos any day!!!

Evening crew is most definitely not like day shift. They need better monitoring. Not friendly at all, no greeting once you enter the store. Wait time was very long, and once I did receive my sandwich it was just thrown together. Very unhappy with the service. Won’t ever visit after 5 pm

I placed my order in advance to pick up at a set time, 6:20 PM EST to be exact. I arrived at that exact time. Let the person at the counter know I had an online order. For some reason she looked confused. However, she did mention to the other 5 workers behind the counter I was there. I sat and waited. And waited. At least 3 people who arrived after I did that placed their order at the counter got their food and left while I was still waiting. I went back to the counter to check on my order and everyone acted like they had no clue about it. Finally after waiting 35 minutes for an order that was placed in advance I got my food. Only to get home 10 minutes later and my food need to be reheated. The cheese wasn’t even melted on my soup as it was barely lukewarm. Typically my experience at this location is pleasant. This time not so much. Not sure when or if I will be returning again
