First time trying and it was such a waste of money. I ordered a cornbeef sub. And other sub and salad, soup. It was like getting a sandwich from a vending machine. It was the smallest sub I’ve ever got from any restaurant. Definitely not ordering from there ever again. The pictures they show is an absolute joke. Looks nothing like what you actually get.

We order food online to be delivered and they changed us and said it could not be delivered to us we had to pick it up. When we call the store nobody can explain why there website did that and we could not get a refund till a manger was there. and the manger was running another business at that time and could not be reached. Then ask for a corporate number and u call it it say they can’t be reached at the moment. I think if they can’t have or trust the stafe in the store to take care of a small customer problem then they can’t be trusted to make a simple sandwich. I will not eat at a place employees are not trusted.

As usual, the food here at Firehouse Subs was delicious! I ordered the Steak and Cheese and it was top notch. I also always like that they have a gluten free bread option. The food took a little long to make but it was worth the wait for sure. The place was clean inside and overall I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

i went to the Firehouse in Crossville TN. I ordered the Beef n Cheddar medium sub. it was HORRIBLE. It came with ZERO condiments, no cheese, no veggies. I live 1/2 hour away so I didnt see it till I got home. I called the manager and he just said “thats how it comes”. Really? A sub with nothing on it? Not what the pic shows. He didnt even try to make it right. We wont be back there. Expensive sandwiches for very poor customer service and crummy food.

This is the second time that my family ordered online from this location, and each time they have gotten my order completely wrong. This time, as you can see from the receipt next to the sandwich, it was supposed to have meat, cheese, peppers, and sauteed onions. When we got home, this is what they actually gave me. We tried to call them and they are closed. We have only ordered online so there is no way that this could have been misconstrued or lost in translation. They also left out my part of my daughter’s kids meal this time. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go eat my lettuce sandwich. ♀️
