I just love everything about this place. All the firehouse locations I’ve been to are always spot on with their food.
Today I went in and noticed they have garlic bread on your bread. I gave that a try on the sweet and spicy meatball. It was really good. Usually my two go to sandwiches when I go to eat our the sweet and spicy meatball and the Italian. Today with the sweet and spicy meatball I got a cheesesteak.
Those meatballs the sauce on that are awesome. The garlic bread had a nice little bit of a crunch to it and a nice garlic flavor. The cheesesteak was great too. The people here were very helpful when I was asking about the garlic bread. They’re always so friendly.

First time ever at a Firehouse and definitely my last. I ordered a club cold, add cucumbers, olives and chopped pickles. It had no onion, no cucumbers, no pickles (although they did give me 2 on the side) 2 olives. I got one slice of tomato.
I was and still am impressed by the reviews but my experience was atrocious enough to not return.
The bread was dry, stale and crumbled if you touched it. I’m convinced that’s why they make hot subs, you can toast it and no one would know the difference.
I got a medium so I pulled all the ingredients off and put them into a pile, had to ditch the bread entirely, so awful.
I’m forgiving of a lot of things but any good sub shop starts with amazing bread. I’ve always been a Jersey Mike’s girl, that’s where I’ll stay.

People actually like this place? This was my first time at a firehouse. Got the new York steamer. Tiny portion of meat, maybe 1oz of pastrami on it? felt like i was eating a mayonnaise sandwich. Employess all seem depressed. Glad i tried this place to see what the hype was all about but i don’t see myself ever going to firehouse again. Not worth the price

Ordered 4 sandwiches with multiple customizations. They were all done correctly! Order was finished and the front-counter employee was very welcoming!

Probably the best firehouse sub I’ve ever had, ingredients were fresh and applied generously. Used the app and subs were made as ordered. Staff were friendly.

I would give this location ZERO stars if I could. We placed a large group order for a person’s birthday in our office – approximately 15 items (subs/salads/chips). It took almost 2 hours to receive our food. When we finally received the food, NONE of it was labeled. So we had to go through each sandwich before we could distribute the food to our team. Why would the staff NOT label items for a large group order??? None of the sandwiches were made to order and were so sloppy. The staff at this location could NOT even be bothered to grab the right chips to put with our order – they just grabbed whatever they could see at that moment. I called in to speak with a manager – got passed around and finally spoke to someone claiming to be their General Manager. This General Manager could clearly care less about the quality of service we received for a $200 order. He did offer to make new sandwiches, but why would we want to wait another 2 hours to receive the correct food? When I asked about a refund or something, he said that in order to refund us that we would have to return all the food. What?! He was rude and acted like we were bothering him with our concerns. I will NEVER visit this location again and may not ever visit a Firehouse Subs again. Terrible customer service. I don’t understand the nonchalant attitude in this economy. Employees are demanding higher wages to care less about the service they provide. It’s no surprise why some businesses are failing.

Stopped by for brunch today, right at open. I walked in and said, “Howdy” to the gal at the register. She didn’t respond, but just stared at me. I her my order. She merely said, “White or wheat?”. A total came up, I swiped, then said, “Thank you”. Again, no response. When my sandwich was finally ready, they called my name once, I came up and grabbed it, and said, “Thank you” again. She didn’t even bother to look up, and certainly didn’t respond…again…
Never mind customer service training. How about some, “How to be a human that lives in a society” training?
The subs are good. The service is consistently not, at this location.

I can’t express enough how disappointed I was with this place. The prices they charge for the sizes they provide are outlandish. $8.00 dollars for a small. The spoon they provide for the chili is bigger than the small sandwich. I get it… it’s a small… I shouldn’t be expecting a monstrous size sandwich…which I wasnt…but nowhere listed do they provide info about sandwich sizes. Maybe put some sizes up on the website so customers are aware. Never again firehouse, we’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s!

I placed an order on through door dash as a pick up Oder due to door dash offering a good deal for a 6 inch sub for $6.70. I get there & the guy asks for my name I provided it. He looked at the bags that were there and walked away to look somewhere else. He came back and asked again for my name so I then tell him again my name. He shuffles through the bags again and finally gives me the bag he looked at twice. I double checked and yes it was mine. So I leave and get home to dig in. The bread is soggy 1st and foremost. However I was hungry so I said forget it. I finish up the first half and as I’m chewing I feel something that won’t break down. I spit it out and there’s paper in the middle of the sandwich. I’m highly upset.

This Firehouse Sub is always super clean and no lines to wait. Every time I’ve visited this establishment, it’s always empty, which is fine since there’s always plenty of seating and your food is done quickly. Love the Fireman decor all around the place. NOTE: I do NOT recommend getting the small subs , too small and not worth the money. Parking ️ is always available, but handicap parking ♿ is limited. Great subs and good customer service .
