Where do I start let me start on the management saving money on reusing the same potato soup for 3 days and reheating and giving out mashed potatoes. I spoke to Hau the manager the first time she said she couldn’t give me a refund for that old soup so I just left it alone let a couple weeks go by I didn’t feel like driving to SOURDOUGH CO so I went back to Hau’s store thinking she probably fixed the problem but no Hau is serving mashed potatoes not even mashed potatoes I would say potatoe salad for potato soup I could pick up the potatoes with a fork oil soaked through the bag indicates it has confirmed what I knew already it was reheated. Hau needs to go back to training to help with customer service skills and quality of food skills instead of getting upset at a customer that is telling the truth about the quality that Firehouse upholds.
Hau also needs to know how to speak to customers instead letting her employees do it for her she pushed the employee out there. Hau is known for neglecting g her duties as manager hopefully she gets it right and know that there is more soups around than just her..

The sandwiches were great except for one I ask for jalapeño in one and it tasted like there were not enough in it like only two or three oh and the pickles on the side when I ask for two I feel like they sliced it in half to make two but overall the sandwiches were good just wish it had the jalapeños I ask for

This family-friendly, community-minded establishment has excellent food- sub sandwiches in 4 8 and 12 inch sizes, soups and chili, chips, cookies, juice soda iced tea and other cold drinks.
My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary and spent less than $40 on two big sandwiches, chips, baked potato soup, two big drinks and a brownie. The pickles on the side were fantastic!
Large, clean restaurant. ♿ ADA accessible, plenty of room to navigate around tables. Friendly service, helpful staff, ample parking.
Awesome decor! Kids love the free fireman hats and checking out hooks and axes on the walls, firefighter uniforms and hats, houses and buckets and a cool Sacramento Zoo mural featuring anthropomorphic animal firefighters!

Large orders are a breeze- call in for the firehouse, police station or EMT dinner. Grab a gallon of your favorite drink and try the cherry limeade!
The coolest thing of all is that Firehouse Subs funds our city’s emergency workers with annual donations for life-saving equipment like defibrillators. Not many restaurants can boast that much charity!

This firehouse subs is truly a “sub above the rest.” This joint has not just the best sandwiches in all of greater Sacramento, it also has THE best fountain soda options.
Doesn’t hurt that the service is friendly and efficient.

My wife liked the food but I really didn’t like my sandwich it could of been just the sandwich I ordered which was the cheese steak one the mushrooms were not good and the sauce or whatever they use I wasn’t really feeling it but ima give it another try see if the next one is better
