First time I have ever been. I got the Engineer and that was absolutely fantastic! Inside is cute and clean. I just feel that the size of the building may have to be expanded in the future. Lol! I spent 13.49 on a footlong, had two meals off of that with tax and I donated a 1.00 to firefighters. Total was 15.49. The sandwich had alot of meat. I love Publix subs but FH bread was softer. Well worth the money and wait ( they are busy). Definitely going back and recommend!

Today was my first and last time getting dinner from our local Firehouse Subs. It was a very disappointing experience. My husband placed and paid for our order online, so it should have been ready when I arrived. The young lady at the counter told me it wasn’t ready, so I waited for about 30 minutes. When I went to check again, I saw that our order had been sitting on the shelf the entire time—cold and soggy.
When I asked about it, she refused to give me the order because it had my husband’s name on it, not mine. Even after I showed her the order confirmation and payment on my phone, she still didn’t believe me and said my husband had to come inside to pick it up. I felt embarrassed and disrespected, like she thought I was trying to steal someone else’s food.
By the time we finally got our meal, it was cold and soggy. Very disappointing—Firehouse Subs, please train your employees to treat customers with more trust and respect.
