So happy there’s another sub shop in Covington. I’m not a huge Jimmy John’s or Subway fan. Firehouse subs are so tasty! Ordered the Firehouse Hero & Spicy Cajun Chicken and both were great! Fast service (in the evening on a weekday). Friendly staff! Get a cookie too mmmMmmm

This is the best pastrami and swiss sandwich I have ever in my life had. I come here a lot and I get different sandwiches like the last time I had I think it was like the bacon ranch club or something of that nature but this time I had a pastrami and swiss and that was the best sandwich I have ever had so kudos to Firehouse subs I would recommend them to anybody, they will wipe out any sub chain around they’re better than Quiznos they’re better than Subway they’re better than Jimmy John’s they’re better than sandwich sandwich they’re better than Panera bread they are just great….

Had a phenomenal lunch from here. I’ve recently changed careers after working at Jimmy John’s for 8 years. When this Covington location opened a while back my old bosses were visibly worried, now I know why; this place is top tier!

Fantastic customer service!!! I personally don’t like the Italian because it is too sweet. But every other sandwich I have gotten there is awesome!!! So much better than subway!

Not a great experience. Long wait time. They weren’t even that busy. There were a couple of delivery drivers who had been waiting for a while, the man came in and asked how much longer and he was told another 17 minutes on top of the time he had already been waiting. Another driver that was there said that they had been waiting for 50 minutes. Sorta friendly staff. Sandwiches weren’t that great all the meat was in the middle of the sandwich. Philly had a odd flavor, the caramelized onions and peppers just didn’t cut it. Grilled would have been better, overload of mayo. When she handed me my bag it was all greasy on the outside. Bread didn’t taste fresh. $6.99 for a 1/4 size sub is insane. Sorry but Jersey Mikes has got them beat hands down!!

Ordered 2 cold subs online to go and when we got home we saw they heated the roast beef sandwich until the roast beef was black on the edges. Turkey sandwich had also been heated and bread was soggy. Turkey sandwich didn’t taste very good and roast beef was too dry / burnt to eat. We should’ve checked them before we left, that’s on us.

Poor experience at Firehouse Subs this evening. It was my first time there, and it’ll probably be my last. The sub sandwich was okay, but I waited 20 minutes for it. With all due respect, it’s a quick-serve business. I could’ve gone into Applebee’s across the parking lot, been seated, ordered off the menu, and had my food served there within 20 minutes. Unless the sub had been particularly good, therefore, this experience wouldn’t have been worth it. (And the sub was just okay: nothing special.) I have much better experiences with Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s.

Sandwiches were good. Biggest beef today was that I ordered them at 1pm to be ready by 3pm. I got there and still waited 18 minutes for my salad….which was not a hot item. So, all sandwiches were soggy and cold. $70……Maybe next time make the salad first then sandwiches last. Idk. Food quality was good considering. Would give them another chance.

I heard a lot about this place, and trust me I am NOT disappointed…this was probably one of the BEST sub sandwiches I have ever experienced in the state of WA. I ordered it off uber eats and everything was so fresh and the meat was soo delicious!!! (*ordered the club sub)

First time eating here today. It was so good. I hate tomatoes and my sandwich had tomatoes on it and I’ll tell you what, I scarfed those tomatoes down because they had whatever the sauce was that was on my sandwich. Whatever is on that sandwich makes everything better. Really solid sandwich. We will be back for sure.
