food=sucked but it was the only decent thing there, swore i could’ve got sick. service=terrible some worker named conner got my order wrong and was very unfriendly

Foor was ready quickly. The staff was patient and helpful when I used an offer in the app. Not impressed with the French Dip sandwich. We usually order the Turkey/Bacon/Ranch sandwich and will have that again or the Italian.

Went in tonight nobody was in there just me and my two kids…took forever for someone to take our order, I asked for a kids grilled cheese cold and the girl said see why? Then takes our order and helps make it without changing her gloves. My daughter’s chili was cold and when asked to hear it up they acted like it was the end of the world, my bread was cold .. when we went to leave the girl and another worker which was a guy were in the lobby by the front door touching on each other and rubbing all on each other…not something I want to see especially when I have a child there…the drink machine was nasty and the atmosphere was just crappy, definitely not worth the money will not be back. Would have just asked for a refund but they already acted like we were an inconvenience.

How hard is it to read. Everytime I order something now it’s missing ingredients or adding extra. A club sandwich comes with bacon and is one of the main ingredients, none on my sandwich. My wife ordered pepperoni pizza meatball sub, no pepperonis. I weep for this world and generation.

Two awful visits in a row. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time I was disappointed because they used to be so clean and friendly here. Even the best restaurants can have a bad day.Not now.Time to find a local deli that needs more business and will work to earn it. This store has gone from a fun,well-maintained hidden treasure to an unhygienic,depressing same old, same old corporate money grab.
Too many problems to go into depth, but here are the most obvious things that made me so disappointed in this store:
1) Filthy Freestyle soft drink dispenser. Two straight visits a week apart and the machine had the same spots, filth and stains.It had obviously not been cleaned. It may never be cleaned again for all I know.I’m not going to risk finding out.
2) Almost empty store both times and tables had not been cleaned from previous guests.I found a couple that were clean and chose those.Wiping the table is not a competitive advantage, it’s a basic guest expectation.
3) Nose-ring employees don’t greet you or even pretend to care.They spent more time on their phones and talking to non- employees hanging around the store than doing their jobs and that would help explain why the place was in such disarray.The bathroom trash was overflowing,there were lots of used food baskets willy nilly at the trash can…The list goes on and on.The same people that own Burger King now own Firehouse and I stopped going there because of the same operational problems.Unsanitary conditions lead to bugs, rodents and other unhealthy outcomes.They charge top dollar for meals here and no way I’m going to pay that kind of $$ for what they call service.The unsanitary appearance is a deal breaker for me.

If management even bothers to read this, please don’t shuck and jive about how you’re “taking this seriously” . Talk is cheap. You don’t really care and it shows.

The food was prepared very quickly and the recommendation for my salad was awesome! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Following our meal my wife lost her wedding band and the staff with the lead from Tyana was so kind and helpful in helping me look for the missing band. It ended up being at my wife’s work but I really appreciate the staff going above and beyond to help me.

Customer service was good. Food tasted alright. It was definitely not worth $45 for 2 meals though.
I noticed one end of my sandwich had a hair in it that definitely did not come off my head. I know it was likely an innocent mistake, but why are restaurants not requiring hair nets anymore? It’s so gross.
It’s a little upsetting to pay $16 for a sandwich with hair in it.
