I place my order online for a pickup .when I arrived my food was ready on the stand. When I got home which is less than 10 minutes. My fries were cold and my Italian sub was thrown together like a 5 year old made it. The ham was all in the middle and was sloppy. It feel apart like it was sitting there for a while. Bread was like dough from the dressing on the sandwich. So I go back today and talked to someone who said they where the manger. I was told by that (manger) that they dont make food that way and would not replace my sandwich. I did have my recipes. I will never go back there again Hope management gets better. 31 dollars went in the

First of all. If you’re hungry be prepared to spend. I usually get the small sandwich with a small soft drink at Penn station and it’s more than adequate for lunch and comes in at just over $10. I figured Firehouse subs would be on par with Penn station but boy was I wrong. A small sandwich is definitely definitely small. Fine for a kid but definitely not enough to feed your hunger for an adult. You’re going to have to kick it up to a regular. A small sandwich with a small drink was over $10 and now I’m heading down the road to get me a hamburger to finish my hunger off. Got the club and it was an okay sandwich. I don’t care for the honey ham but if you like sweet crap on your sandwich then you’re going to like their club.
Also the cups suck. Almost spilled my drink on me three times because the cup folds in on itself and the lid pops off.

I got the tuna sub on wheat with their standard preparation. I thought the tuna salad was a bit on the tart side but that didn’t stop me from enjoying the sandwich. The bread was wonderfully fresh which really made the experience. I ate the pickle spear (good and fresh) separate from the sandwich, seems like that should have made the sandwich seem less tart by comparison.

They refused to give me a refund when they Didn’t make my French dip correctly. They also left out the AuJus Dip and told me I didn’t have garlic bread on my sandwich, even though that’s clearly what I ordered, and I had it on my bag.
This discussion was done all over the phone and they kept on insinuating that I should go back up there to get my sandwich remade but I live 15min drive away and I just got off of work and didn’t feel like I should have to waste my time and gas to get this mistake corrected.

The new sub they have “french dip” was the best sub I ate all of mine and half of somebody else’s! You have to try it!

I always order from the Firehouse app which is extremely user friendly, food is always ready when I arrive to pick it up, still hot when I serve it at home, and tastes great every time.

Try those fries. Much better than chips. The beef and cheddar is my go to. The tea is usually good.

Sandwich is tasty, but there’s just so, so little meat. Not even close to worth $10 for the medium New York Steamer. Seriously, just barely enough to call it a sandwich. It’s like, 80% bread to 20% everything else.
I’ll just go to another nearby sandwich shop next time.
Workers were all super friendly though when I picked up the meal.

Always the best food and customer service. One of the BEST “fast food” options around Collinsville. Highly recommend!
