Ordered a medium thanksgiving sub add bacon minus bread in a bowl, this is what I got. I feel like I got ripped off for 12 dollars. After weighing it, it came out just under 4oz of turkey and stuffing. The site does say 4oz of “meat” so I can only assume they include the stuffing as a “meat” with what I weighed it out as

The staff was amazing, willing to help when my Mac and Cheese was not available on my mobile order. They were quick and apologetic which I appreciate. The food was hot and tasty. My overall experience was a really good one. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I love firehouse but this location is so disappointing. Staff does not care. Their drink machine was not working and they didn’t tell us, just charged us for drinks and we found out. They don’t care. I asked if they had bottled drinks, they wanted to charge more. This is after I paid their “suggested tip” of 15%

The staff was rude, the place was a little dirty and they forgot pieces of my order. They were arguing in the back, and calling their staff names. RIP to my MAC&CHEESE that I really wanted!

I love firehouse but I ordered food from this location and arrived five minutes after my pick up time. My food was completely cold and they were rude when we asked for them to give us the pickles that we had ordered (that were not in the bag).

Just had excellent service for coming in pretty late at night! The guy at the front was very helpful and seemed happy to do his job! Will be back.

This one cashier, this tall guy, made FUN!!!! of my finances and proceeded to rub his own wage in my face. Aside from that horrible encounter, the food was quite delectable. My Cajun chicken sub was very good. The cashier however did not read my sisters mind to know she actually didn’t want lettuce when she didn’t say a word.
