Showed up 8 minutes prior to the store closing waited that time Nicholas went to start my order and Lauren said we cannot help you, singn was still on she made me wait and said she thought I was a pickup order but never greeted me in the first place, I’ve had their sandwiches once before they are good but this was not a good interaction.

The food was fine, although they are very stingy on the sauces- at least compared to the other Firehouse Subs we regularly visit. The bbq smokehouse brisket and cheddar sandwich had virtually no bbq sauce at all. The staff were curt at best, and there seemed to be tension in the air between them. They seemed annoyed that two of our sandwiches needed to be gluten free. All in all, we’ll continue to go to (our local) Firehouse subs, but the next time were passing through Centralia, this most certainly won’t be were we stop for food.

Tasty little sandwich, but I agree that the service is lacking. Staff are pleasant enough but very slow to get order out even when it is the only order. There is a lot of behind the counter “talk” and milling around. Glad to have variety for sandwich shops, will eat here again.
