We enjoyed 4 different sandwiches (build your own turkey- spicy Cajun chicken- French Dip- Italian). Each sandwich had a special request and each was done perfectly. The French Dip was very yummy. Kids eat free on Sunday!! As a mom of 2 on a limited budget, it was a nice surprise. The cashier was so sweet and it was refreshing to see a friendly face as opposed to the disgruntled worker that you get most days when you eat out at a restaurant. Store was nice and clean. Food was fast and hot.

Have been to this location a few times since they opened. The last couple of times hasn’t been the best. Today I got a salad suppose to be chicken and salami, it barely had lettuce but had pepperoni and ham as well. Have definitely has better trips before. Plus the meat was barely cut

The manager is a jerk. I saw them being rude to a customer for no reason. The employees are always so nice and the food is so good. Hopefully that manager will not be there long. They are a dark stain on this incredible franchise

Food is prepared well. Wait time isn’t long. I ate at 1pm so there was no line so perhaps in a Lunch Rush it may be longer.

I made my own consisting of Chicken, Onions, Mushrooms, and Mayo. It was OK, but I felt like maybe adding bacon and more sauce would’ve been better. But the ingredients I choose were very good. (Fellas be like, “I don’t like Subway.” Brother, YOU MADE the Sandwich )
Chips- ★★★★☆
Good selection. Typical potato chips for your sandwich. I had some Kettled BBQ ones that went well on my sub too (highly reccomend chips on sub)
Complimentary pickle- ★★☆☆☆
Mid tier pickle. Not too much to say here

I think they are having management issues. I have never sat in a drive thru as long as I did last week. Then the food was mediocre on top of that. I love Firehouse Subs but I probably won’t keep eating here with their current performance.

After being open for a few short months, it seems they have lost their corporate standards, which were undoubtedly drilled into their heads during orientation and training. In this area, turnover at jobs like this is quite hight and with each new hire, standards drop. Aside from the clubs of dirt and grass all over the floor, there is an abundance of dirty tables. I walked in and stood in line behind a family who had clearly been standing in line a minute, looking at a blank space behind a computer where once would assume to find an employee taking orders. I look to my left, and the drive-through is flowing smoothly with 2 people making sandwiches in plain view of the dining room. I’m not the type to stand in a line with nothing more than a wall to look at so I asked if it was necessary to go through the drive through to order food or if there is a kiosk I can place my order with, since there is nobody behind the counter taking orders. I was told I could call ahead next time. The food is fine, it’s a sandwich and chips. Do better, though.

Great franchise, sad service. Last couple times I have been, the workers talk the entire time while people are lined up waiting for their sandwiches. Also say you can’t eat there even though it doesn’t close for over 45 minutes

Ordered through doordash, ordered Turkey Bacon Ranch large sandwich. Received just toasted buns. Called restaurant and manager says they received order with no meats or cheese on it. I asked why would I order a particular sandwich with nothing on it and pay that much for toasted buns. Also asked why they didn’t call me, his response was we thought about it, but we just sent it out that way. When does common sense come into play???? No person I know in their right mind would just order a particular sandwich and pay $18 for just 2 large toasted buns. I have never had this problem before. Then tell me if I bring it back they will make it. The point of ordering through doordash is I didn’t want to get out, plus I just paid a large fee and tip for them to bring. Instead of trying to make it right. Didn’t seem to have a concern for the issue at hand. Wish them the best of luck.
