I don’t typically leave a lot of reviews and only leave negatives when it’s truly justified…..
This Firehouse location rides a constant roller coaster of good/bad/good/bad. I haven’t been here in a few months…a few months ago the place was excellent. Super clean, super organized, super friendly.
This time, not so much. The store is filthy. Catering supplies are scattered throughout the store. The drink area is filthy. The Coke Freestyle machine requires you to scan the QR code as the touchscreen is inop. You scan the QR code and it says “connecting to machine” and never moves past this. Even when an employee does it. The employee got the manager who comes out, lifts his shirt revealing his stomach and proceeds to scratch his stomach before saying “it’s probably updating”. The manager just stands around and doesn’t offer a refund or anything as a substitute.
At this point I just ask the cashier to get a couple extra bags of chips in lieu of the drinks and he says yes. Get my food and the meat is cold, while the bread is barely toasted. I didn’t order the cold sandwich option. The bacon is burnt. The sandwiches are sloppily thrown together.
Not even worth trying to get a refund over. Live and learn.
Caring management is obviously non-existent at this store and it’s a shame as its super convenient for us and in the past we’ve really enjoyed subs from Firehouse.

I love firehouse subs, I’ve been to this location a few times and it was great. But, today..it sucked. I always get the smokehouse Brisket and cheddar. There was barely any meat on it, I had to ask for more BBQ sauce. 2 stars is for the drink and pickle. So disappointed, what a waste of money ! Wish I would’ve taken a pic

I usually go to firehouse subs in fort mill SC and it is beyond great! but I got a turkey bacon ranch sub tonight around 8pm at this rock hill location and was very disappointed there was no ranch on my sub when there was supposed to be and then he put mustard on my sandwich when that sandwich doesn’t even come with mustard on it I asked for extra black olives and chopped pickle which I did not receive and I asked for it to be run threw the toaster twice how I usually get it in fort mill and they had my bread burnt on the edges! Very disappointed.

The first issue is the girl taking orders is “sick” so she’s sitting on the metal rack where you fix food behind the counter, the restaurant is filthy food all over the floor. The manager fixed my sandwich and didn’t look at the receipt so 15 mins later after all ther talking my sandwich is wrong, so he has to remake it . So unprofessional but the big issue is her head up against where food is being made and the filth of the floors and tables. Definitely want be back
