This location is A+, 10/10, outstanding!! Visited in the evening on 3/3 and the girl who took my order and the guy who brought me my sub were so friendly and kind. But THAT SUB!! I’ve eaten here dozens of times and it’s always good, but that sub tonight was probably the best sub I’ve ever eaten in my life. Really delicious, perfectly made, fresh ingredients, the bread tasted like it just came out of the oven…. you just don’t get quality and service like this anymore at most places! Thanks for a wonderful dinner.

Just got lunch from there today and I was disappointed in my sandwich. I got a turkey bacon ranch sub and the turkey and cheese were missing from my sandwich. I also got some extra toppings that were missing like cucumbers and the banana peppers which is fine but to be missing some of the main components is extremely disappointing.
I will say the thanksgiving sandwich is good.

Not the best place to go. I usually give them a second chance if the first time was bad………hers the second experience. Walked in and when I got to the counter the girl said we’ll be with you in a minute. So, I waited. Then another employee came in from outside and the one that told me to wait looked at him and said “get him, I’m on the phone”. I should have known to walk out then. He took my order, a medium hook and ladder and fries. The girl looked irritated. Before I left I checked the bag, no fries. When I said the fries were missing she looked at me like like I inconvenienced sherso she had to do her job and get my fries. I should have checked cause I did say I wanted the pickle but did not get it. I did the survey on the receipt and put that I wanted a call back but never received a call. This was 2 weeks ago. I’m guessing either A, she was a manager or B, management doesn’t care. Either way, I’ll drive 10 miles past this one to go to another firehouse where they do the job they get paid for instead of this one where they are only there to get a check. Again, I waited 2 weeks for a response with no call so this is my complaint that could have been over the phone instead of posted online.

I am changing my review. I just left there they forgot my potato soup,and the pickle for three sandwiches were missing. I called them back and they treated me like i did something wrong. I was on hold for more than ten minutes. The manager never came to the phone. I asked them so I guess yall want to keep the the soup that I paid for? It’s ridiculous. The cashier didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Like she was confused.

My order was for a school for Custodial Appreciation Day and we happened to be placed on “hold” so I was unable to leave to pick up the food as scheduled. I called the store hoping they could accommodate delivery (it was during their lunch rush so not likely) and they were able to deliver. 🙂 Not only did they make this work, they did it in such a timely manner that we didn’t experience any delays. It’s wonderful to partner with such a great team!

I love going to Firehouse Subs. I saw that they had the Thanksgiving sub now so I went and got it today! I’ve never been disappointed with Firehouse’s subs! The sandwich had stuffing, cranberry sauce and turkey in it. My first bit was like a burst of Thanksgiving dinner in my mouth all at once! The white bread was somewhat crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. I recommend trying out this limited time sandwich while it’s still available.

I have been going to firehouse for yrs. And this is the worst sandwich I gave yet who in there right mind put extra mayo on the bottom of a sandwich. Ease always extra on top for a great sandwich.

It’s a sub sandwich combo. Not worth paying $22 for. Complete rip off. Never going back and I would advise anybody to save your money and go somewhere else and spend half the money. Even if you have the app with discount it’s still a rip off

Save yourself the disappointment and go to the west Columbia location instead. Walked in at 4:30pm and 2 of the 3 workers were high and barely cognizant. After 5 minutes of being the only customer in the building and not taking the order, we decided to just leave. Great location, but staff needs lots of improvement
