The manager was polite and split the lg sub my wife and I shared with 2 baskets. Sandwich was flush with meat and well made. Delicious! Thanks! Appreciate the new crew here at our Castle Rock Firehouse Subs… Good people that actually give a crap, what a concept!!!

I walked into this establishment today and upon standing in front of the two workers for a few minutes with not even a single “hello” or “welcome in” which is just basics to working a store front job, I get a bit frustrated as they keep having eye contact with me and then look at each other smirking as if this is normal.
I say: “welcome in guys! How are you?” To no reply so I walk out as I clearly can’t even get common courtesy of being welcomed into an establishment where I spend $25 for a sub.
I ended up ordering through DoorDash and picking it up once it was ready as I walk in to pick it up the one male employee ended up laughing under his breathe as he handed me the order.
If you expect high school shenanigans as customer service come to this establishment as that’s what you’ll receive.
The fact I felt happier ordering it from technology tells you where the worlds headed as at the expense of these youngins who can’t even say “hello” to someone as they walk in.
Maybe robots will be better.. thanks!

Gotta love eating at a place that helps first responders! Plus the varieties of hot sauces you can try with your meal is awesome – I can order the same sandwich since its my favorite and change it up with the different sauces. Plus, they have little cups so you can take them with you.
Firehouse used to wrap their sandwiches for to-go orders and pick up orders but they now put them in to-go boxes. Only downside to the boxes is you cant tip it during transport, unless you like things messy.

Everyone here is really friendly!! I appreciate the sense of urgency everyone showed to ensure their customers were taken care of as quickly as possible. The only way my review well change is if the food isn’t what I ordered.
One suggestion as I leave… Wipe off the excess sauce from the meatball sub ..

If you like subs, this is a great place to grab one – and they support local firefighters so that’s a bonus. Atmosphere is fast food ‘esque. Service seems a bit slow as I often go and wait 15 min for a sub, with noone ahead of me – though maybe online orders are prioritized.

I really hate to write a negative review of Firehouse. I like the food. I’ve eaten at many and recognize that getting firehouse is not “fast food”. It takes 15-20 min. Today I walk in with only one patron ahead of me. I thought, good this will be fast. I brought my grandson because he wanted the kids meal with a hat. After ordering they had about 3-4 other customers. It took the normal 15 min for the lady before me. I noticed that 3 of the 4 workers (including the manager) were standing around. Thinking the one worker was working on my order, I waited patiently. Nope, the young kid was working on the teen girls order. After 35-40 min, my order was called. I saw the small bag and asked about the gate for the kids meal, the kid just pointed to the top of the drink fridge, like I was to assume I’m supposed to get this as part of the kids meal. Frustrated I left as my wife was waiting for food. Once I got home I noticed that one of the kids meals only had the sandwich and no treat. Disappointed that only one grand kid got the treat.
I like the food. I just won’t wait 35-40 min for it and only get half my food.
The manager is responsible for allowing lazy work. Please up your game. If you don’t you will one day be like subway with very limited customers

I ordered online pickup from here. That process was fine, but once I got home, I realized they forgot an item I paid extra for.
I went online to try to get it resolved, but their chat bot is a robot, and they will only get a “support specialist” to help you via email.
I ordered this food as a treat for myself and I don’t really have money to just throw around willy-nilly, so I am extremely upset that I can’t get a partial refund for an item I paid extra for.

Sandwich’s always come out good. I’m just not sure about the management in this place. Usually the people working are nice but the last two times I went there, I sent my order in 30 minutes before I got there. Then When I arrived, they had not even found my order yet until I asked them after 10 minutes of waiting if My food was ready, then took another 10 mins to make the food.
