I went there today around 1pm maybe a little after. The cashier was an older lady she was not very pleasant not welcoming at all. I order the Italian sub and beef brisket. The beef brisket was old seemed like it was left out over night cheese barley melted sandwich was just not pleasing at all I ended up throwing it out. For having to wait 20 minutes I at least expected a well put together meal with the price I paid

We loved the firehouse theme throughout the whole restaurant. The bun was fresh and warm. And our sandwich was delicious! Totally loved the fresh crunchy dill refrigerator pickle! Would love to see a whole one next time! We’ve never eaten here before, but will be coming back again. So much enjoyed our lunch. Come check it out sometime! They do good work!

Horrible experience. I tried placing an online order almost 10 times in a row. The website errored out every single time, so I was forced to call them and place an order over the phone. Upon my later arrival, I was actually told that they don’t have any onions ready, and that it would take another 20+ minutes since they have to defrost and cook, this was 20 minutes after I had already called the order in.
I had a 50% off deal, and when I tried using it in person the employee said “that doesn’t work” so I show her the errors, and the problems with your website, and she says “thats the only way” like you really can’t honor this in person? So rather than getting a manager to try and help, I have to sit there and struggle until I have to ask for the manager myself.
The manager came out, and sat silently in front of my for a few minutes until I look back up and have to address her myself?? You literally got asked to come out here to talk to me. I show her the issues, tell her what’s going on, and she basically says too bad because that’s the only way to do it. The entire point of this order was to use my 50% off, she offered no compensation, no deals, even after messing up my order and forcing me to accept the sandwich with no onions so I didn’t have to wait 20 more minutes. After another effort to order online and showing her it didn’t work, I said the whole point was to get this deal, and if you can’t put it on there than I don’t really want it. She said “ok”, not offering any kind of positive customer service or reimburse for the headache your staff and store have put me through. Absolutely disgusting customer service from your employee and manager herself, I’m sure she threw the sandwich away when I left so I got to waste almost an hour to not get anything at all, not even the messed up sandwich they graciously offered me instead. Do not come to this store if you need any customer service. Keep on mind the store was almost empty, no excuse.

I love eating here, their subs are delicious and much better and cheaper than Subway. Every time I come to eat here, the place is always clean and the people are nice. If you love eating subs, I recommen eating here, you get great food and help out our fire fighters.

Culver’s chili and Wendy’s chili are far superior to the bad recipe chili offered here. The type of low-salt wheat bread used here can only be paired with sharp cheeses to taste good. The low-salt wheat bread here paired with Swiss or Provolone cheese was not sharp enough and did not taste good. Salt and pepper must be added in the recipe for some of the meat on the particular sandwiches because the meat was Bland without it…

The front counter was absolutely, disgustingly, over cluttered with promotional materials so that when I asked the cashier for a combo we confused each other and she had to rifle through all the ridiculous over clutter to fish out the list of combos offered. Everything looks like a complete visual mess and Blended together at the front counter. Grotesque.

I just wanted to make an update to this review as I have been at this location a few different times now and ever time is just amazing. I stand by the staff ALWAYS being super friendly. They are welcoming and helpful and nice. Customer service is not what it use to be but here customer service is 5 stars all around ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you to everyone that works here for a great experience and for just being kind humans. I may come in once in a while but you guys make my day every time I do come in and I thank you all for that ❤️❤️
