The girl who took my order and charged me was amazing! Wonderful costumer service, but then I waited 20 plus mins for my food for them to bring my sandwich and I didn’t get my side or drink so then after another 5 mins they bring my side and I have to ask again for my drink, girl who gave my drink with glasses was straight up rude. Mac and cheese was freezing. What a joke. Waited almost a half hour for this. At least my change went to a good cause..

Great location, greeted immediately. The employee that took our order was kind and enthusiastic. What stood out the most was how happy, busy and engaged the team was…not just standing around on their phones monosyllabic and mumbling. The sandwiches were fresh and amazing! Floor was clean and the hot sauce bar was pretty cool too!

Go to the drive thru and sit at the window for close to 15 minutes before getting our food. Not even a thank you for your patience or anything from the guy who gave us the food. Get home and they burned the bread on each one of them. Used to love this place but I’ll never go back again after this.

Friday evening we go through the drive through and sit at the ordering speaker for about 5 minutes and nobody is responding to us. So we drive to the window and sit trying to get thier attention. No go after several minutes. So we have to drive around and go inside. Service was slow but the food was still good. They appologized for the issue and said that thier system has been having problems. David K., if you read this review, please figure out what is wrong with the drive through at your Carson City location and get it resolved asap.

I had never had a Firehouse sub before. It was VERY good. The service got a one star removed, as we were only one’s there and three people behind the counter and I have had faster service elsewhere with same amount of staff. Other than that, I would still go back.
