I placed an order for 3 subs for pickup, for myself and 2 coworkers. I picked up our food and once back at work I realized 2 of our 3 subs were messed up, plus we were missing a drink and chips. I called to let them know and was told I could come pick up 2 new subs to replace the incorrect ones, plus the side and drink. I drove back to the restaurant, waited 15+ minutes, was told there was no more roast beef to replace 1 sub. I did not want a substitute, so I asked for a refund. I was told there was no manager available to do the refund and instead was given 2 expired “free sub” cards. After waiting for the other sub that needed replaced, I realized the replacement was fixed wrong as well. 4 subs later, only 1 was correct. Such a terrible first experience. I will not be back.

Within the last 3 visits the food has gotten worse. My sandwich has been cold with little meat. So little the bread was soggy from toppings. Today it was missing most of the meat. I basically paid 17.00 for a bread sandwich. I don’t really care for fountain sodas ,so I ordered a bottle soda. Of which they didn’t have. I asked if they have any and was told no, just get a fountain drink. I explained I don’t care for and asked that they refund that amount back to my card. Was told they don’t do refunds. I could either take a fountain soda or nothing at all. I’m over Firehouse in Cape. I will not be back

My favorite sub sandwich place I’ve had by far. Sure, you could eat cheaper at Subway, but not if you actually order a sandwich your way there. Even then, the difference in quality is night and day. Service is good; restaurant is always clean. Plus, they have a Freestyle soda machine! Highly recommended if you’re about to head into work and you need a quick, tasty meal that isn’t the same old fast food standbys.

The staff was super friendly and really did their best to put out the most delicious food! They thought they may be out of gravy for the Thanksgiving sub, but then they found it. Super patient as I was figuring out what to order too. I had just lost my dad so I needed the kindness extra that day and they delivered.

The last couple times I went they were very understaffed and it seems they are trying to save money because they are using very little meat as compared to before. Today they even made both my sandwiches wrong. Way too much money for that kind of product! Awful… last visit for me!

Our order was forgotten, and when we finally went up there, they threw it together and we didn’t get what we ordered. They lost our order because they had a catering event is what they used. As an excuse. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown and I got tomato butts. Do not recommend this location.

I love firehouse. But it has recently gone WAY down hill. You have to wait forever for your order to be complete, sandwich has recently been soggy every time I have ordered, and it’s always cold. I don’t know what’s been going on lately, but something needs to change. They have also been without heat for quite some time, which I feel is an unfair work environment for their employees. It’s FREEZING outside.

The food was delicious the cookie selection was terrible there was two cookies available and one was so broken up it was all just crumbs in the package the floors were very messy it look like nobody has swept for quite a while and over by the soda machines it was sticky and Spilled tea was over the counter other than that the food was great there was no welcome to Firehouse Subs there was no dining room person to clean up you had to get up and get your own food no food was served to anyone
