My patience is wearing so thin with these chain establishments that charge ridiculous prices and give me food like pictured in my review. The whole sandwich was pretty much black. Someone really thought “yeah, I should totally send this out.” For real? Are we just this dense now that this seemed like a good idea? And I know this was sent out because it was delivery and someone thought “oh it’s not in person so they can’t complain.”

Ordered thru app. When picked up, did not receive our drink or chips for combo. Upon calling and speaking with manager Mandy, she said it was our job to know that even though they did not offer her cup, or have any other conversation, that we are supposed to know that. We asked for refund for combo and she said “no”. In addition, asked for normal captain sauce and did not receive. We are astonished at the indifference of Mandy for this issue. We are a consistent customer in rewards program for about ten years. Also donators to the foundation. So disappointed that the reaction to this concern was met with little or no regard to us as a customer. We own and operate hair salons in the area. It would be like someone buying a retail product and forgetting it, and we say tough luck. All for $4.29 that we asked for a refund which represents the combo add-on.

They yell out “Welcome to Firehouse” when you walk in. Not sure how I feel about these places that shout out a welcome when a customer walks in. Guess it’s certainly better than being ignored.
I was confused how to order. Yes, there is a sign that says order here but its all the way at the end of the counter and you have to walk past other customers standing at the counter waiting on their food. Doesn’t make sense but what do I know.
Gave my order for a sandwich combo and was asked if I want the pickle. Who doesn’t want the pickle???? Doesn’t everybody on this planet love pickles?!?!? Of course I want the pickle!! As a matter of fact, I’ll take all of the pickles from people who said “no”, but again, who says no to a pickle.
Food is good.
Portions are small.
Either lower the prices to reflect the portions or increase the portions to reflect the prices.
I’m torn on this one as the food was good but for what we paid we could have got equal quality food for less at other places.
Staff was friendly and accommodating

I placed an online order and picked it up. Upon returning home, I found that all three subs were incorrect. I contacted the establishment and spoke with a manager, who informed me that a credit would be available for future use. Last night, I visited the location and was accused by Garrett of theft, similar to others, and of making exaggerated claims to receive a free sandwich. He assured me that his General Manager would contact me. Today, Garrett called and said his GM was very busy, but after verifying the information, he confirmed I was correct and approved a $35 gift card. The total cost for the sandwiches was $42.04, and I wish to speak with the General Manager. Throughout this interaction, Garrett talked over me and raised his voice. I have yet to receive a call back. I will refrain from returning until I do. This situation is entirely unacceptable.
