Used to be a good location but now they do NOT make orders right at all. They dont contact you or tell you when you go to pick up the order if they were out of an ingredient. My husband picked up an order and my meatball sub was made with yellow cheese…I do not eat yellow cheese unless it is real cheddar, and i would NEVER eat a meatball sub without provolone or mozzarella! They did not mention this to him or contact me, or we would have requested a different sub! I also ordered an extra pickle spear which was not there anywhere. Lazy, inattentive, insensitive workers. I am pregnant with twins and just wanted food. WORST FIREHOUSE EXPERIENCE IN MY 12 YEARS OF EATING THEIR SUBS

This store needs to seriously consider retraining/ replacing current “manager” Natalie.I received my DoorDash order missing multiple items, I reached out to DoorDash who offered to have the order resent. To air on the side of caution we called up to the store to let them know the exact items we were missing so they would be included in the order being remade. I spoke to Natalie (who claimed to be the store manager which I hope is untrue due to her behavior) who took zero accountability for the incident and proceeded to argue with me instead of trying to make sure the incident was appropriately handled. The only thing I was looking for in calling the store was a reassurance that we would receive exactly what we paid for. This may possibly be the worst customer service I have ever received and this location should seriously consider taking some action to prevent these issues in the future. You have lost me as a customer and I’m sure if others are treated the way I have been you will lose many more. I surely hope firehouse sub is not okay with the representation of their company at this store.

Went here for dinner and it was great. I got the Caribbean jerk turkey sub, it was absolutely the best. My friend got the steak and cheese. Everything was good. Very nice and friendly staff too.

My favorite meal is Thanksgiving food and this sandwich was amazing. I went and bought another for dinner tonight. I cant judge the service as I did pick up; however, my order was correct and was on time. I will return and tell my family to come as well!

My Steak & Cheese subs were cold.
They didn’t fix my sub the way I wanted it they gave me the two subs I ordered but made both of them the same way even though I stated how I wanted both of them different. One with no mustard and extra mayo add tomatoes. The other should have been made with everything that is supposed to be on it, I added tomatoes, mushrooms, and banana peppers. But I didn’t get that I got the same as the other sub. Check your food before you leave that place because they do not pay attention to what they are doing. Was my last time spending my money there!!!

The young lady behind the counter went above and beyond. There has been a gliche in all the systems all over town today, and she was nice enough to use her own money to pay for my lunch. I could not thank her enough. Prayers it is paid forward to her. Her coworkers were quick and polite as well. Great lunch, great restaurant, and great staff. Highly recommend

I placed an online order on 7/7 and when I showed up, the restaurant was randomly closed. I tried filing a refund request online and followed up 3x throughout a few weeks, and never got a resolution. I called into the store and the one time I got through, they said the store owner would be in contact with me for a refund. Now it is 8/16 and I have STILL not gotten the bare minimum of a refund or an apology. I gave them plenty of time to try and resolve this before leaving a review, and they couldn’t be bothered.

Always hot and fresh and very delicious. Firehouse subs & Jimmy John’s are my two top choices for the best sub. When you purchase a sub here donate a dollar or two to their firefighter foundation cause it goes to buying life saving equipment for the men and women who risk their lives to save our lives. Been going here quite a while and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Very clean dining room & clean bathrooms. Respectful employee’s and pretty quick food service. Trust me nothing compares to Firehouse Subs except Jimmy John’s. They steam the meat which brings the juicy robust flavors of the meats out. I usually get the Hook & Ladder add bacon and recommend you try it if you haven’t yet. If you haven’t tried this place yet what are you waiting for?
