Went there to pick up a DoorDash order. Got told to confirm the order. Do people like that not understand that they’re completely wasting their breath? 99.9% of everywhere I go doesn’t tell me to confirm, yet there’s always that one person somewhere who thinks they’re such a billy badass by telling me to confirm. Also, if I don’t confirm the order, how would I know the address of where it’s going? And, before I leave, I have gps running so I won’t have to worry about not knowing where I’m going when I’m driving. So, bottom line, if you tell me to confirm the order, you’re just wasting your breath

Quick and excellent service. Very polite young woman had mobile pickup order of mine ready right when I walked in the door. The engineer was my choice of hot subs and was delicious! Definitely would recommend eating at this establishment.

Service is always awesome. We always get the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and it is AMAZING. Perfect BBQ sauce and tender juicy meat with cheddar cheese and mayo. The price is eh but on par with everything else in the world right now.

This visit solidified my conviction to never return to Firehouse Subs again. Not only does one pay $10 for the smallest sandwich ever produced, they don’t even ask if you want any toppings. Literally, just make whatever is on the sign. Be a real customer service person, ask “what would you like on your sub?” Ridiculous. Waste of money and a frustrating experience to boot? No thank you. Worst sandwich shop in the country no matter where you go. Go across the street to Subway, at least customer service is part of their plan.

Subs are very simple. On the picture it looked so good, but when I opened it, it was very different. And there is no choice of what you want on the sub, like at Subway. They’re all standard. I regret getting the cookie on my combo. It’s pure sugar.
