Went in to get a sub today. The store was absolutely freezing. Overheard the staff complaining about the cold. Saw them bundled up and taking turns sharing what looked like a toaster for heat. Asked them if they had an idea on the fix. Said someone was coming out but it seemed like it had been cold for a long time. Owner seems to neglect staff. Absolutely unacceptable!

Imagine calling the restaurant 5 times on your way there to pre-order your subs, so you could pick it up faster. They never answered and hung up on the 5th call. Then when you get there expecting to see, maybe several people in the lobby you are the only one there. Why couldn’t you answer the phone?

Service was what you would expect from under paid employees. The sandwich was alright but the Chilli was cold. May want to try the speedway location. Please note this location does have unsafe seating and does not repair the location.

UPDATE 07/16/2022: No repairs have been made and now the food is getting worse – I have provided proof with the refund receipts and Mike the owner has made no attempts to repair the unsafe damage or improve the food service.

Have attempted ordering once a week and currently up to 4 visits in 3 weeks with each visit becoming worse.

Please avoid this franchise for your safety!

Ive given this location numerous opportunities now to get it right. And being its over $10 for a large sub / meal. You think they’d hire people that could actually read the recipet and make the orders correctly. However, they’d had to remake at least 5 subs for me all on separate occasions. Today I ordered online. Saturday at 115pm. Was given a pickup time of 1:30pm its 1:50pm and im waiting here and theyre just now putting it into the oven. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Im not coming here anymore. Please take your money and patience else where.
