My photos are from two separate visits to Firehouse Subs. During my first visit, the experience was fantastic—I was in and out in no time, thanks to a short line. The second time I visited, the line was nearly out the door, so I decided to leave, not because of the food, but simply because I didn’t have time to wait.
This location is clean, with friendly and efficient staff. There’s ample seating both inside and outside. Being situated at the end of the shopping center makes the outdoor seating particularly pleasant, as there’s limited traffic and noise. I will definitely visit again and hope the line will be a bit shorter next time.

Three young men, working diligently, cleaning up after themselves and very friendly. Not common these days, so it was refreshing for my greeting to be met with a genuine response. The food was also good as always.

I work nearby in the same Plaza, so I like to order ahead and just walk over. Off and on for 6 months I have done this, and any time I order ahead more than an hour, the food is garbage.
If at 11:30AM I put in an order to be ready at 1:40PM, it will be sitting out by 1:30 and it will be so cold and slimy it’s almost completely inedible. I haven’t asked, but it tastes like they make it half an hour ahead and let it sit.
The ONLY way I have been able to get FRESH food is if I order it for immediate pickup. It’s a waste of time and money to order ahead. I order from several places in the same Plaza in the same way and NEVER have an issue like this.
I get that it’s fast food and the workers aren’t paid well but when they’re begging for minimum 15% tips just to hand you a sandwich, they can at least act friendly. Everyone seems dead and soulless, very unwelcoming. Not that it’ll make a difference to a big corpo like them but I’m never going back to this location. Just awful customer service all around.

I created an Online Pick-Up Order. If you want your sandwich made late and wrong, then this place is for you. I had a simple customized sub, and they made it how they wanted to make it. And they were out of large cups too. Service wasn’t a big deal. Good thing I didnt tip, they wouldn’t have deserved it. I couldnt finish the sub. Eww! I would have asked them to make it right but it would’ve been another 30 minute wait. Wasted my money on this sub. Never again will i make that mistake. Then again it was after church let out so it was busy but still… they could have made the order correctly.

If you’re a walk-in customer, expect a lengthy wait as apparently call in orders take priority, pushing my wait time to 20+min. Should have went to Subway. Low seating capacity was made worse as half the table’s had chairs placed on top/not available for use.

This Firehouse is the closest one to my job, I’ve been there numerous times, but won’t be back after today. Each time I go to this shop, I place my order online so that I can just go pick it up. This is the 3rd time that I was told a time and have now been waiting 35 Minutes over what I was told. This is ridiculous. The whole reason to place an order online is so it will be ready when you get there, I waste over half my lunch time just waiting on the order that I ordered over 30 minutes before I got there and went by there time it would be ready. Do better Firehouse cause this is ridiculous.

It was pretty packed but that’s to be expected. I ordered and I ordered soup and a meatball sub. They gave me a club and didn’t tell me there wasn’t any soup until after they have it to me. I offered to take the sandwich. I was already upset form earlier but the fact that they didn’t tell me that the soup wasn’t there just mad me angry and they didn’t let me change my side. So I payed 12 $ for the wrong sandwich with no sides. The people were very nice

The best sandwich (Hook and Ladder) and salad (side salad/balsamic)! Periodt. They always have great customer service. I usually grab and go, but I decided to enjoy the nice weather in their outdoor eating area. Repeat customer.

The staff here is always terrible. It takes a minimum of an hour to get your order. It doesn’t matter if you order online you still have to wait an hour. After waiting an hour, your sandwich will be wrong. The employees are extremely rude.
