So I just came from eating here and honestly I’ve always enjoy coming in to eat here. But today there was a tall man seemed like the manager he was on the register and took my order I asked for 4 water cups I had 2 kids with me and wanted 2 for them and I honestly filled them up with soda instead of water. Which I get it’s for water but I did not want big cups for my kids either way my mother paid 3 regular cup drinks for sodas. Whenever the same guy called my name he literally scold me over the water cups and said if im going to order water cups he expects me to use them for water due to the machine being expensive and said if it happened again he can deny service to me. Honestly i didn’t even say anything back I was in shock I didn’t even expect someone to go off on me for some water cups. Killed my appetite and I will not be coming back after this! I literally paid for what we used for the water cups didn’t think he would through a fit about!!!

Open sign still on, it’s 8:45, I walked in and a young lady shouted closed. I just looked at her and said excuse me, “we’re closed” was repeated.

Pretty average sub shop. Television inside with plenty of seating. Parking is definitely an issue, as they heavy populated retail area, with several businesses around them.

This location is the best! Came in 1 minute before closing (still feeling AWFUL about that) and Lo and Joe took such good care of me. Lo had to take care of an elderly couple ahead of me and even though it was after closing she was just so nice to them.
I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and Lo made it PICTURE PERFECT! and even gave me some extra pickles on top of it all.
These guys really know how to put their customers first and I just don’t have enough positive things to say about my experience here. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I’m deathly allergic to mushrooms and some how they were on my sandwich when I said I was allergic and still got charged for them as well. The chicken was fatty and greasy that the box wouldn’t even sit up right. This firehouse subs is the worst I have ever been to, even when we called we had the worst attitude from the cashier. Will never be back again.

Nice clean establishment in a shopping center. Courteous staff, lots of options and clean restrooms. Plenty of seating and walking distance to hotels. Highway only 1 minute away, easy and convenient. Be sure to try the turkey ranch sub!
