There was a time when all I dreamed about was the steam baked sub. But COVID hit and food prices soared. But not chic filet. They cared enough about their customer to fight inflation. And the 5 star service came for free. You start pricing them subs 30 points cheaper and we can talk. Every Monday I get the spicy chicken for 10.48. you are losing 544 annually for that extra yacht. Chic filet has earned my 5 4 4. Your move!

The customer service and friendly atmosphere was spectacular on a holiday. The food was made to order even with the holiday rush. Absolutely, fantastic environment. This will be a place I come back to quite often. Amanda took our order and Gineer and Ty prepared our food promptly with a smile and positive attitude. Even though yeah, we’re working on a holiday, it’s that type of employee, every company wishes they had.I know I wish I had her at mine.

This Firehouse is by far the best I’ve ever been to. We were on a long car ride with 3 little kids and they were so unbelievably accommodating and hospitable. Shane, Cierrah, and Chris gave us fire hats, stickers, coloring books and treats and made our girls so happy and entertained while the adults enjoyed some quiet time. They even played song requests so the girls could dance and get their wiggles out before we got back in the car. Thank you so so much for making our trip here unforgettable!!!!!

I remember when they used to say “Welcome to Firehouse!” Took couple of minutes to be greeted. Looked like I was bothering them. One guy making subs had a wad of dip in his bottom lip. The time it took to make a sub took forever.
